Microscopic models for the phase transitions described by two wave vectors (corresponding to the centre and the boundary of the Brillouin zone) in the CsHSO 4 type crystals are presented. On the basis of the symmetry analysis, obtained recently, molecular field and cluster approximations are considered. Limitation of this analysis is related to the large number of parameters. Possible phase diagrams within the MFA are presented. In the case of CA within the Slater type model in KDP the necessity of taking into account the parameter of long range interaction is shown.
