The choice of adjuvant hormonal therapy in postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive breast cancer has remained a matter of controversy and debate. The variety of agents is available, with each claiming to be superior. This clinical survey was undertaken to get an impression of the physician’s first choice of therapy in an attempt to find out what questions still need to be answered in the making of “standard of care.” A web-based clinical survey was sent to the cancer physicians around the world, and 182 physicians responded to the survey. Most were medical oncologists in a tertiary care hospital. 36.3% preferred Anastrozole, 35.2% Tamoxifen, and 22.2% Letrozole as their first choice. Data support (67.8%) and safety concerns (30%) were given as the main reasons for the choice, 63.7% switched their therapy, and 24% had to switch because of side effects. 73.6% used 5 years of adjuvant hormonal therapy, 6.6% for 7 years, and 4.4% for 10 years. 61.5% follow their patients 3 times monthly, and 73.2% used laboratory and radiological assessment at each followup.Conclusion. Physicians show disagreement over the choice and duration of hormonal therapy in this patient population. Clinical trials leading to firm recommendations to set standards from which patients benefit the most are needed.

The academic specialization chosen by students is of crucial importance for their future career and therefore they should have access to appropriate information and guidance that would help facilitate a more optimal decision. This study aims to identify the variables that influence business students to choose their specialization. A sample of 163 business students from Nizwa College of Technology, Sultanate of Oman, is selected for the study. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis are used for analysis. The most important variable that influences the students’ choice of specialization is the variable ‘Liking and preference of specialization’ (X2) with the highest mean. The factor analysis analysis output reveals the five sub-scales that influence students’ choice of specialization; Preference and dissonance post choice, Self and Peer influence, Nature of marketing specialization, Gender and specialization choice, Convenience and career. College orientation on specialisation (X5) is a significant factor that influences the students to advice their juniors to make the first choice of specialisation viz. HRM (63%), Accounting (32%) and Marketing (5%).

Purpose of the study: The global buzz around sustainability is flourishing hotfooted in recent years, particularly because of its potential aptness to influence consumers’ view and, consequently, their buying choices. Sustainable transportation with effective carbon management has become first choice of contemporay consumer. This averment can be a leveraged by cab aggregators by adopting it in their marketing strategies. A green innovative business model that strives to deliver efficiency, mobility, speed, and overall sustainability will prove as a blue ocean for cab aggregators. Based on this cogitation, the paper aims to identify and consolidate the various relevant factors affecting consumers’ green services purchase intention on cab aggregators. It also attempts to propose green ocean marketing strategy for cab aggregators. Methodology: To achieve these objectives, the researchers have done an exhaustive review of extant literature and designed a questionnaire to capture primary data from the 663 valid respondents from the population of Jaipur City, India. The sampling method used was convinient sampling. To test the relation between constructs and confirm the research hypotheses Confirmatory Factor Analysis followed by Structural Equation Modelling was used. Main Findings: The study identifies the main factors affecting green service purchase intentions of consumers. Applications of this study: The study suggests practical implications for an effective green ocean marketing strategy. Novelty/Originality of this study: The proposed model of effective green ocean marketing strategy for cab aggregators will assist marketers to design their marketing strategies effectively.

Price differentiation may not be as effective in increasing profitability due to imperfect segmentation, arbitrage, and, cannibalization. Cannibalization takes place when customer with higher willingness-to-pay buys lower-priced product. This research proposes an approach to incorporating cannibalization into pricing optimization using choice data. From choice data, individual level utilities are estimated using hierarchical Bayes and individual choice is predicted using randomized first choice simulation. Individual choices are then aggregated to obtain the demand function. The novelty of this research is in the way cannibalization is incorporated into the pricing optimization. Instead of integrating cannibalization into the demand function or representing it as a separate component in the optimization formulation, in this research, cannibalizing products are incorporated into the simulation scenario as competing products, based on which the demand functions used in the optimization are derived. This approach is more direct and realistic than those in the previous research. The approach was implemented in a case study of mobile broadband services in Indonesian price-sensitive market. The result shows that two-fare-class price differentiation incoporated with product differentiation increases total contribution of about 60% compared to single-fare-class policy. Furthermore, it is also shown from our case study that starting from a three-fare-class policy, through iterations, our approach suggests that policy with two-fare-class results in a not significantly different total contribution.

This study was concerned with the correspondence between the classification of measures by clinical judgment and by factor analysis. Forty-six measures were selected to assess language, auditory processing, reading-spelling, maxillofacial structure, articulation, and other processes. These were applied to 98 misarticulating eight- and nine-year-old children. Factors derived from the analysis corresponded well with categories the measures were selected to represent.
