Because of the gun comprehensive performance detection means backward, and unable to meet the maintenance and support needs, we analysis on the artillery and comprehensive index. The detection system for the breechblock and anti-recoil mechanism and aimed machine is designed. Using advanced hydraulic control technology, realize the technical indicators detection under recoil process. The performance status before repair and repair quality are completely grasped. Its proved in the application this system runs stably and reliably.

According to lower efficiency, non-uniform distribution and metering difficulty in grouting, this paper describes the development of monitor system for automatic grouting of metamorphic concrete. Based on PLC and HMI, it uses the knowledge of signal acquisition and hydraulic control technology. This system calculates the rotation division angle to measure the amount of grouting through the hall-switch installed on the rotor of slurry pump. The PLC will realize signal acquisition, slurry metering, and effectively control of the slurry pump by solenoid valves and hydraulic motor. In addition, the HMI provides the functions such as parameters setting, operation controlling and data displaying.

The underlying way to reduce accidents is reducing the number of workers on the coal face. Automatic mining can realize this object. The key for unmanned automatic mining is the application of electro-hydraulic control technology used on workface support. The electro-hydraulic control system applied in Wannian colliery has following function: Automatic moving , lowering and rising of support, monitoring and display of roof pressure; Shearer locating, controlling of cutting height and shearer speed, remote operation and procedure running; Automatic tension of conveyor chain, conveyor operation with constant power and monitoring and fault diagnosis of conveyor speed reducer.

This review deals with grapevine responses to water stress by examining perturbations to physiological and molecular processes at the root, shoot, leaf and berry levels. Long-distance signalling among organs is also considered. Isohydric or anisohydric Vitis genotypes are described in relation to their response to drought, which is linked to stomatal behaviour. Stomatal regulation of grapevine under abscisic acid and hydraulic control (the latter being linked to embolism formation and recovery in water pathways upstream the stomata) is reviewed and linked to impairments of photosynthetic assimilation. We define three stages of photosynthesis regulation in grapevines that are subjected to progressive water stress on the basis of the main causes of assimilation decline. Early and late contributions of aquaporins, which play a fundamental role in water stress control, are discussed. Metabolic mechanisms of dehydration tolerance are rewieved, and variation linked to differences in transcript abundance of genes involved in osmoregulation, photosynthesis, photorespiration, detoxification of free radicals and coping with photoinhibition. Results of these defence strategies accumulated in berries are reviewed, together with perturbations of their molecular pathways. Features observed in different organs show that grapevine fits well as a complex model plant for molecular and physiological studies on plant drought avoidance/tolerance.
