When chip microcomputer and DSP sample much data in some certain environment, it is not possible to transfer the data with high efficient when using the old communication method because they call the top-level function. In this paper, a new communication method with VB and USB is proposed. It calls DLL function to configure and read/write from the hardware directly. With software improved, the method becomes better, the transfer speed can be 11.2Mbps, which is more fast than public 8.1Mbps, so the transfer efficient is improved by 38.3% with this new method.

In this paper, a new type of AC-AC contact-less power transmission system based on the specific engineering environment is produced. A new loosely-coupled transformer structure and its working type are developed. Besides, a new set of high efficient based on the qusai-resonant technology is realized. Theoretical calculation and simulation software are used to prove its feasibility; a series of experiments are completed. Finally, the contact-less power transmission system functions well.

Data transmission about ground automatic disaster monitoring system in mine is the key technology link. A method based on data transmission system is proposed, which combined Ethernet technology of wire communication and WiFi technology of wireless communication in mine. The system implements a variety of functions including automatic acquisition of deformation monitoring data, remote real-time transmission, and so on. Through systematic research and practical application on the selection of data communication mode, system structure, key technology and so on, it indicates the system is reliable and maintainable, which provides the technical support for mine's safety and high-efficient production.
