Abstract: We've been hearing a lot about cryptocurrencies lately. With about 3,000 distinct cryptocurrencies on the market right now, it's evident that they're here to stay, despite their unpredictable nature. But did you realise that nearly all cryptocurrencies are based on the same idea? Blockchain technology underpins nearly all cryptocurrencies. Blockchain, also known as the shared ledger, is one of the most secure digital technologies due to its distributed nature. Keywords: Centralized & Decentralized, Blockchain, Solidity

We present a ReRAM memory compiler for monolithic 3D (M3D) integrated circuits (IC). We develop ReRAM architectures for M3D ICs using 1T-1R bit cells and single and multiple tiers of transistors for access and peripheral circuits. The compiler includes an automated flow for generation of subarrays of different dimensions and larger arrays of a target capacity by integrating multiple subarrays. The compiler is demonstrated using an M3D process design kit (PDK) based on a Carbon Nanotube Transistor technology. The PDK includes multiple layers of transistors and back-end-of-the-line integrated ReRAM. Simulations show the compiled ReRAM macros with multiple tiers of transistors reduces footprint and improves performance over the macros with single-tier transistors. The compiler creates layout views that are exported into library exchange format or graphic data system for full-array assembly and schematic/symbol views to extract per-bit read/write energy and read latency. Comparison of the proposed M3D subarray architectures with baseline 2D subarrays, generated with a custom-designed set of bit cells and peripherals, demonstrate up to 48% area reduction and 13% latency improvement.

Background. This study is aimed at evaluating the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound-based risk stratification for thyroid nodules in the American College of Radiology (ACR) Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (TI-RADS) and the American Thyroid Association (ATA) risk stratification systems. Methods. 286 patients with thyroid cancer were included in the tumor group, with 259 nontumor cases included in the nontumor group. The ACR TI-RADS and ATA risk stratification systems assessed all thyroid nodules for malignant risks. The diagnostic effect of ACR and ATA risk stratification system for thyroid nodules was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis using postoperative pathological diagnosis as the gold standard. Results. The distributions and mean scores of ACR and ATA rating risk stratification were significantly different between the tumor and nontumor groups. The lesion diameter > 1  cm subgroup had higher malignant ultrasound feature rates detected and ACR and ATA scores. A significant difference was not found in the ACR and ATA scores between patients with or without Hashimoto’s disease. The area under the receiver operating curve (AUC) for the ACR TI-RADS and the ATA systems was 0.891 and 0.896, respectively. The ACR had better specificity (0.90) while the ATA system had higher sensitivity (0.92), with both scenarios having almost the same overall diagnostic accuracy (0.84). Conclusion. Both the ACR TI-RADS and the ATA risk stratification systems provide a clinically feasible thyroid malignant risk classification, with high thyroid nodule malignant risk diagnostic efficacy.

In the drug procurement process, there is no specific record of debt by the Pharmacy section or by the Finance Sector. The records that are trying to be done are like payment receipts from the Finance Sector paying invoices from the drug industry that have provided drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the financial sector in managing debt as well as in recognizing debt and the maturity of debt payments of each supplier. With these obstacles, the RSUD requires an Information System for Recording Debts in Procurement of Auxiliary Drugs for the Pharmaceutical Sector and the Financial Sector in recording Debts, especially in the procurement of Drugs. This data system uses object-oriented programming with a SQL Server database to create an information system that can speed up the forest recording process in drug procurement   Keywords: Object Oriented Programing, hutang, RSUD

Background It is important to predict lymph node metastasis (LNM) in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) preoperatively; however, the relationship between the American College of Radiology Thyroid Imaging, Reporting and Data System (ACR TI-RADS) score and cervical LNM remains unclear. Purpose To evaluate the association between the ACR TI-RADS score and cervical LNM in patients with PTC. Material and Methods This retrospective study consisted of 474 patients with 548 PTCs. Cervical LNM including central LNM (CLNM) and lateral LNM (LLNM) were confirmed by pathology. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to investigate the risk factors of CLNM and LLNM. Results Multivariate logistic regression analyses indicated that younger age and multifocality were risk factors for CLNM in PTCs with TR5. In addition, younger age, larger tumor size, and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (HT) were risk factors for LLNM in PTCs ≥ 10 mm with TR5. In PTCs with TR4, ACR TI-RADS scores 5–6 conferred risks for LNM. In PTCs ≥ 10 mm with TR5, ACR TI-RADS scores ≥9 were risk factors for LLNM. Conclusion A higher ACR TI-RADS score is a predictor for cervical LNM in PTCs with TR4 and PTCs ≥ 10 mm with TR5.

AbstractThe Tianwen-1 Mars entry vehicle successfully landed on the surface of Mars in southern Utopia Planitia on May 15, 2021, at 7:18 (UTC+8). To acquire valuable Martian flight data, a scientific instrumentation package consisting of a flush air data system and a multilayer temperature-sensing system was installed aboard the entry vehicle. A combined approach was applied in the entry, descent, and landing trajectory reconstruction using all available data obtained by the inertial measurement unit and the flush air data system. An aerodynamic database covering the entire flight regime was generated using computational fluid dynamics methods to assist in the reconstruction process. A preliminary analysis of the trajectory reconstruction result, along with the atmosphere reconstruction and aerodynamic performance, was conducted. The results show that the trajectory agrees closely with the nominal trajectory and the wind-relative attitude. Suspected wind occurred at the end of the trajectory.
