The level of an enterprises process management related to its existence and development tightly, in order to evaluate it accurately, the evaluation index system was presented, which was formed by 10 first level indexes and 39 second level indexes, in which the latter is the meticulous and materialization of the former. The methods of evaluation by total marks, weighting comprehensive evaluation on multi-index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were applied to the process management. Compared with the other two ways, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is more accurate and comprehensive since it settle the quantification of the nature indexes during the analysis process, and it also solve the multi-factors evaluation who have different unit.

The new product development of manufacturing Enterprises is not only complicated, expensive and more difficult, but the risk is higher. There will be many uncertain factors. An enterprise carries on the risk assessment, analyzes conclusion and proposes counter measures on the commercial development stage of new product in manufacturing enterprises by analyzing the risk factors and building an effective risk assessment index system including 6 first-level indicators and 22 secondary indicators of the commercial development stage of new product, along with the weight factor table method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which will reduce the risk and improve success rate of new product development, thus providing a theoretical basis for enterprises to improve risk management capabilities.

Credit risk control and credit strategy formulation of medium and micro enterprises have always been important strategic issues faced by commercial banks. Banks usually make corporate loan policies based on the credit degree, the information of trading bills and the relationship of supply-demand chain of the enterprise. In this paper, we established the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for quantifying enterprise credit risk. Based on the relevant data of 123 enterprises with credit records, the credit strategy is formulated according to the three indicators of enterprise strength, enterprise reputation and stability of supply-demand relationship. This paper also combines the credit reputation, credit risk and supply and demand stability rating in order to establish the bank credit strategic planning model to decide whether to lend or not and the lending order. The conclusion shows that, under the condition of constant total loan amount, the enterprises with the highest credit rating should be given priority. Then, combined with the change of customer turnover rate with interest rate, we take the bank's maximize expected income as objective to calculate the optimal loan interest rate of different customer groups.

On the basis of analyzing the performance evaluation research of supply chain collaboration and following the level principle of modeling and the construction principles of it, the paper build the index system for manufacturing supply chain collaboration performance evaluation combined with the four necessary links involved of it, namely, logistics, the flow of funds, information flow and market stream. And the synthesized evaluation of it is discussed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And then, taking a typical electronic product manufacturing supply chain as an example for the empirical analysis, some beneficial conclusions and relevant guidance advices have been put forward. Hoping it can provide a theoretical basis and valuable references for carrying out the supply chain collaboration in our manufacturing enterprises.
