To improve the effect of urban agricultural garden landscape planning and design, this paper combines the agricultural Internet of Things technology to construct a smart garden planning and design system. Moreover, this paper selects the LEACH protocol that can support monitoring for a long time according to actual application needs, introduces the latest swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, the gray wolf algorithm, to optimize some of the problems in the LEACH protocol, and conducts simulation experiments on the improved algorithm. The simulation experiment results show that the improved algorithm has obvious advantages in cluster head selection, data transmission within the cluster, and route maintenance. After constructing a smart garden planning system based on the agricultural Internet of Things, the effect of the agricultural Internet of Things data processing in this paper is evaluated. Finally, this paper constructs a garden simulation system and analyzes the performance of the system. The results verify that the agricultural Internet of Things has a good effect in the planning and design of smart gardens.

To begin, the architecture of an intelligent financial management system is thoroughly investigated, and a new architecture of an intelligent financial management support system based on data mining is developed. Second, it goes over the definition and structure of a data warehouse and data mining, as well as how to use data mining strategy and technology in financial management. Data mining in relation to technology is being investigated, as is the development of an intelligent data mining algorithm. The flaws of the intelligent data mining algorithm are discovered through an analysis and summary of the algorithm, and an improved algorithm is proposed to address the flaws. Related mining experiments are carried out on the improved algorithm, and the experiment shows that it has certain advantages. Then, using an intelligent forecasting financial management decision as an example, the intelligent financial management based on data mining is thoroughly investigated, the basic design framework for intelligent financial management is established, and the application of a data mining model in decision support system is introduced.

In view of the problem of cracking easily and partial distortion of images after encryption or decryption, a novel image encryption and decryption algorithm based on Arnod Transform and fractional chaotic is proposed. To begin with, the Arnold transform is used to encrypt. So that the spatial confidence of the original image has been comprehensively disturbed. Secondly, the XOR involving the fractional order chaotic sequence is used to encrypt. The key sequence is dynamically generated to ensure the randomness and difference of key generation. When decryption is required, the first decryption is performed using the key and XOR. Then the second decryption is carried out by using the inverse Arnold transform, and finally the decrypted image is obtained. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm has achieved better performance in encryption and decryption.

 In this paper, a whale optimization algorithm based on adaptive inertia weight and variable spiral position updating strategy is proposed. The improved algorithm is used to solve the problem that the whale optimization algorithm is more dependent on the randomness of the parameters, so that the algorithm’s convergence accuracy and convergence speed are insufficient. The adaptive inertia weight, which varies with the fitness of individual whales, is used to balance the algorithm’s global search ability and local exploitation ability. The variable spiral position update strategy based on the collaborative convergence mechanism is used to dynamically adjust the search range and search accuracy of the algorithm. The effective combination of the two can make the improved whale optimization algorithm converge to the optimal solution faster. It had been used 18 international standard test functions, including unimodal function, multimodal function, and fixed-dimensional function to test the improved whale optimization algorithm in this paper. The test results show that the improved algorithm has faster convergence speed and higher algorithm accuracy than the original algorithm and several classic algorithms. The algorithm can quickly converge to near the optimal value in the early stage, and then effectively jump out of the local optimal through adaptive adjustment, and has a certain ability to solve large-scale optimization problems.
