The level of an enterprises process management related to its existence and development tightly, in order to evaluate it accurately, the evaluation index system was presented, which was formed by 10 first level indexes and 39 second level indexes, in which the latter is the meticulous and materialization of the former. The methods of evaluation by total marks, weighting comprehensive evaluation on multi-index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were applied to the process management. Compared with the other two ways, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is more accurate and comprehensive since it settle the quantification of the nature indexes during the analysis process, and it also solve the multi-factors evaluation who have different unit.

Basing on the index system and evaluation data of bridge construction safety management status, this paper puts forward the relative difference function of variable fuzzy set by the method of set pair analysis, and develops the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation dynamic model of bridge construction safety management status. This model was applied to assessment of a bridge construction safety management status, and achieved the desired results.

The new product development of manufacturing Enterprises is not only complicated, expensive and more difficult,but the risk is higher.There will be many uncertain factors.An enterprise carries on the risk assessment,analyzes conclusion and proposes counter measures on the commercial development stage of new product in manufacturing enterprises by analyzing the risk factors and building an effective risk assessment index system including 6 first-level indicators and 22 secondary indicators of the commercial development stage of new product,along with the weight factor table method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which will reduce the risk and improve success rate of new product development,thus providing a theoretical basis for enterprises to improve risk management capabilities.

Evaluating safety culture of coal mining enterprises can promote effectively their safety management. This paper introduces an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model specially designed for the safety culture evaluation of coal mining enterprises. Evaluation index system which is comprised of 4 first-layer indexes and 15 second-layer indexes is established based on ANP, and then the weights of indexes are calculated by Super Decisions software. The FCE model for safety culture of coal mining enterprises is built to assess accurately the safety culture of coal mining enterprise S based on the indexes system. The evaluation results indicate that the evaluative value of enterprises S is “71.979”, which stays in the “generally good” level. Thus, enterprises S should implement timely rectification measures to reach the “better” or “very good” level. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a practical and efficient way to assess safety culture of coal mining enterprises.

Aiming at the increasingly severe problem of University Campus Safety, this paper uses AHP based on the analysis and study of daily management of universities to establish five indexes as first criteria layer, which are school safety management, the management of counselor, the family factor, the factor of college student, social safety environment, and nineteen safety evaluation indexes as second criteria layer. So the Stratified hierarchical structure model can be built. As a result the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can be established. More over this paper applies MATLAB to solve the calculation of the model. Through the empirical analysis the evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation. Finally the result shows that the model have an important guiding significance to safety management work in colleges and universities, besides it is feasibility and operability.
