In practical terms, teachers are supported to use more straightforward teaching methods, such as creating real-life contextual problems, to help students develop deep learning skills. In this paper, using Bayesian theory and Bayesian classifier research methods, a machine learning model was constructed using Python to establish the correspondence between online teaching of civics and high-level semantic features and to achieve computer learning through text and teaching design evaluation research that can identify high-frequency knowledge points. The inter-relationship model knowledge mapping, the accuracy is 90%, and the continuous knowledge update help to improve the model accuracy.

A number of SMEs lack the essential marketing skills, knowledge, tools and resources, and financial access to ensure the survival of their businesses. Service learning could be used as an effective pedagogy for assisting SMEs with vital marketing communication (MC) strategies via the development of tools and resources that may increase business growth and sustainability. The primary research objective was to evaluate SMEs’ satisfaction regarding performance factors, and student developed MC tools and resources that were implemented via a MC service learning programme (in the form of student-run agencies). The inquiry utilized the triad service learning model and quality assurance cycle to apply an evaluation research design that was substantiated by the expectancy-disconfirmation paradigm. A survey was conducted among 107 SME owners and managers via a structured questionnaire. The student developed MC tools and resources and their perceived usefulness resulted in a positive influence on a number of performance factors among SMEs. MC tools and resources such as a customer database, email address, and Facebook page had the largest influence on performance factors. Performance factors such as an increase in sales, new customers, brand awareness, competitive advantage, business efficiency, and motivation of employees were found to have a positive influence SME satisfaction. Further inquiry could replicate the study via various marketing-related service learning programmes in different countries that have divergent cultures, economics and contexts.

The X90 pipeline steel with high-strength and high-toughness become the most popular pipeline steel. Due to the stress triaxial constraint and fracture toughness properties are the key factors for the stable work of pipeline steel, the research on the fracture toughness of X90 is a great significance to promote the engineering application of high-strength pipeline steel. In order to investigate the stress triaxial constraint and fracture toughness properties of X90 pipeline steel, the experimental rules with different grooves size are proposed using the common toughness experiment and the corresponding numerical models are established in this paper. The resistance curves and fracture toughness of each type of specimens are obtained and compared with that of finite element analysis. Furthermore, the stress distribution, J-integral distribution and stress triaxial constraint of the specimen are analyzed, as well as the influence of side grooves size on the determination of fracture toughness is also discussed. The results obtained from the study will provide a reference to the fracture toughness evaluation research and application of X90 pipeline steel.

The objective is to describe the implementation and development of the Training Program for Health Surveillance Actions (2013-2018), which focuses on improving the performance of health surveillance. It is an evaluation research with a qualitative method. Key informants were interviewed, and documents and literature were analyzed. The analysis enabled the construction of the timeline, the retrieval of the chronology of the events that marked the development of the program, its implementation, and the identification of innovations and controversies. The authors identified three organizational axes: conception/formulation, implementation/monitoring, evaluation/communication. They found that the program went beyond the traditional approach to surveillance and met regional diversities. There were controversies about the responsibility for monitoring the program's actions, whether they belonged to the technical areas related to the indicators or to the management of the program at the Ministry of Health.
