Interval type-2 fuzzy sets (T2FSs) with interval membership grades are suitable for dealing with imprecision or uncertainties in many real-world problems. In the Interval type-2 fuzzy context, the aim of this paper is to develop an interactive signed distance-based simple additive weighting (SAW) method for solving multiple criteria group decision-making problems with linguistic ratings and incomplete preference information. This paper first formulates a group decision-making problem with uncertain linguistic variables and their transformation to interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Concerning the relative importance of multiple decision-makers and group consensus of fuzzy opinions, a procedure using hybrid averages is then employed to construct a collective decision matrix. By an appropriate extension of the classical SAW approach, this paper utilizes the concept of signed distances and establishes an integrated programming model to manage multi-criteria group decisions under the incomplete and inconsistent preference structure. Further, an interactive procedure is established for group decision making. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods are illustrated by a collaborative decision-making problem of patient-centered care (PCC).

Abstract Enterprises have been faced with the problem of how to optimize resource allocation in an uncertain environment by the expanding of manufacturing informatization. In the process of cloud manufacturing matching, group decision making organizations may provide uncertain preference information. However, preference information at various points have led to differing impacts of the final matching decision. it is necessary to study the dynamic two-sided matching. In this paper, the dynamic two-sided matching problem under the multi-form preference information was studied. Primarily, the problem of two-sided matching is described, then through group decision-making and uncertain preference information, an ordinal vector matrix is constructed. Afterwards, the comprehensive satisfaction matrix is calculated by using dynamic time-series weight and matching competition degree. Further, by introducing stable matching constraints, a multi-objective optimization model considering the satisfaction, fairness and stability of matching is constructed. Then the optimal matching result is obtained by solving the model. In addition, the presented method was verified through a case of cloud manufacturing. At the end, advantages of the presented model were demonstrated by comparison. Research results of this paper enrich the theoretical research of two-sided matching and provide an effective solution for cloud manufacturing matching in uncertain environments.

Consider the various types of uncertain preference information provided by the decision makers and the importance of determining the associated weights for the aggregation operator, the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) methods based on some dependent interval 2-tuple linguistic aggregation operators are proposed in this paper. Firstly some operational laws and possibility degree of interval 2-tuple linguistic variables are introduced. Then, we develop a dependent interval 2-tuple weighted averaging (DITWA) operator and a dependent interval 2-tuple weighted geometric (DITWG) operator, in which the associated weights only depend on the aggregated interval 2-tuple arguments and can relieve the influence of unfair arguments on the aggregated results by assigning low weights to them. Based on the DITWA and the DITWG operators, some approaches for multiple attribute group decision making with interval 2-tuple linguistic information are proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approaches.

This paper investigates multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) with hesitant fuzzy preference information, which is a significantly import issue to be deeply studied in management and industrial engineering. Firstly, simultaneously considering optimistic and pessimistic attitudinal preference information, an improved distance measure for hesitant fuzzy set is defined. Then, utilizing the newly defined distance measure, a hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making approach based on TOPSIS method is constructed, which can effectively avoid high complexity of aggregating hesitant fuzzy information in traditional methods. Further, an application study on parts supplier selection has verified the practically and effectiveness of developed methods.

Abstract A multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) method based on intuitionistic fuzzy preference information is proposed for the multi-attribute intuitionistic fuzzy group decision-making problem where the decision-makers weight and attribute weight are completely unknown and the decision-maker has preference information for the scheme. Firstly, an intuitionistic fuzzy interval judgment matrix is established to describe the original data of the key decision indicators for multiple network public opinion emergencies that erupt simultaneously. Secondly, the attribute weights are determined based on the improved intuitionistic fuzzy entropy construction method, and the expert weights are determined by using objective decision information, taking into account the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy of decision matrix. Thirdly, a scheme preference model and an attribute weight optimization model are established to determine the ranking method of intuitionistic fuzzy interval values. Then, an improved intuitionistic fuzzy number distance measure is introduced to make the evaluation result more accurate and reasonable when it comes to solving the deviation between the evaluation value and ideal solution of each scheme. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed decision-making method are verified by an example of emergency crisis severity, which improves the efficiency of emergency treatment, helps emergency departments to better deal with the network public opinion crisis, improves the ability of public opinion guidance and control, and provides a new method and idea for multi-attribute intuitionistic fuzzy group decision-making problem.
