The technique of limiting expenditure plays a critical part in an organization's ability to govern the smooth operation of its management system. The economic order quantity (EOQ) is calculated by solving a nonlinear problem, and the best solution is investigated in a fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy environment. The overall cost is made up of several factors, such as demand, holding, and ordering costs. The demand and stock-out characteristics were both fuzzified using fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The numerical analysis shows the comparison between the two fuzzy numbers through sensitivity analysis.

Abstract System effectiveness evaluation is an important part of constellation satellite communication system research, with applications in project verification and optimization as well as tactical and technical measurement argumentation. This paper presents a systematic and comprehensive effectiveness evaluation method for a constellation satellite communication system under a probabilistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy preference relationship (PHIFPR), aiming to better address the fuzziness and uncertainty in effectiveness evaluation. First, a proposed definition of PHIFPR describes the hesitancy of evaluators, provides hesitancy distribution information, and depicts the worst negative information and risk preferences in effectiveness evaluation. Then, we deduce the approximate consistency index of PHIFPR and establish a mathematical programming model to increase individual consistency when the approximate consistency index does not reach a predetermined level. In the sequel, a proposed group consensus index uses the PHIFPR-based Hausdorff distance to measure the closeness between evaluators' judgements. Afterwards, a consistency and consensus improvement model is designed to retain the original opinions of evaluators to make the consistency and consensus of PHIFPRs acceptable. Moreover, a goal programming model is established to gain the reliable scheme priority weights by regarding the approximate consistency condition of a PHIFPR as a fuzzy constraint. Finally, an experimental example is offered to highlight the practicability and feasibility of the proposed method, and some comparative analyses with other methods offer insights into the designed method.

The service quality evaluation of agricultural business-to-customer (B2C) e-commerce is viewed as a multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) activity. Thus, a useful MAGDM process is required. Based on the grey relational analysis (GRA) process and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS), this study defines an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy (IVIF) GRA process to depict the service quality of agricultural B2C e-commerce. This is important to agricultural B2C e-commerce because this industry increases rapidly and many new services are innovated. In this article, some necessary definitions related to IVIFSs are reviewed. Additionally, criteria weights are derived using the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation method (CRITIC). Subsequently, the GRA method is extended to incorporate IVIFs to obtain a final service alternative. All alternatives can then be ranked, and the best service quality option can be identified and promulgated. Finally, a numerical example and some useful comparative studies are obtained. The analysis results show that the defined algorithm is effective for identifying the service qualities of agricultural B2C e-commerce, which provide a new assessment method for MAGDM.

AbstractA single-valued neutrosophic multi-set is characterized by a sequence of truth membership degrees, a sequence of indeterminacy membership degrees and a sequence of falsity membership degrees. Nature of a single-valued neutrosophic multi-set allows us to consider multiple information in the truth, indeterminacy and falsity memberships which is pretty useful in multi-criteria group decision making. In this paper, we consider sequences of intuitionistic fuzzy values instead of numbers to define the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-set. In this manner, such a set gives more powerful information. We also present some set theoretic operations and a partial order for intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic sets and provide some algebraic operations between intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic values. Then, we develop two types of weighted aggregation operators with the help of intuitionistic fuzzy t-norms and t-conorms. By considering some well-known additive generators of ordinary t-norms, we give the Algebraic weighted arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators and the Einstein weighted arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators that are the particular cases of the weighted aggregation operators defined via general t-norms and t-conorms. We also define a simplified neutrosophic valued similarity measure and we use a score function for simplified neutrosophic values to rank similarities of intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-values. Finally, we give an algorithm to solve classification problems using intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-values and proposed aggregation operators and we apply the theoretical part of the paper to a real classification problem.
