This article discusses the possibility of using a multicopter type aircraft as a transport vehicle in urban environments. This type of transport is the most promising in the near future, given the constantly growing number of traffic jams in large cities. The assessment of this aircraft is presented, taking into account the reliability requirements specified in the regulatory documents. The analysis of the aviation regulations requirements in terms of the aircraft systems reliability was carried out. Also the paper presents six options for the multicopter layout with a different number of propellers, taking into account the propeller control system, power supply system and control system. Other onboard systems are not considered, since their failures do not lead to an aircraft crash. An assessment of these options, taking into account the multicopter most critical onboard equipment layout according to reliability criterion by budgeting the requirements for one thrust generation channel, is given. Fault trees and failure situations that lead to a disastrous situation are also presented for each multicopter layout separately, as well as proposals for the number of independent channels for the power supply system and control system. Based on the set quantitative requirements for the occurrence of a catastrophic situation for the main on-board equipment and various layout options, taking into account the number of propellers and proposals for their architecture, power supply systems and control systems the most promising multicopter architecture options are determined. They meet the requirements for failure safety for a catastrophic situation.

To construct a supervisory control platform for hybrid energy supplement power supply system, the constitution, functions of a power management system are proposed. Supervision and control system is founded based on KingView according to functional requirements and characteristic s of the power management system. Driving procedure of the KingView is written according to communication protocol of the data acquisition module at first Communication between PC and machine is achieved. Then, the running of equipments is simulated, and real-time date is monitored, showed, analyzed and processed. Then optimal management, coordinative control and seamless switching of hybrid energy supplement power supply system are achieved.

The wind power generation pumping unit has environmental protection and the energy-saving function with wind power generation complementary power supply system. Based on the calculation of the pumping power consumption during the oil production, the essential wind-power generation electric quantity for pumping equipment runs stable was analyzed, wind-electricity and electric network complementary energy transmission and control circuit were designed, When the wind speed changes, by the energy transmission and control circuit related parameters and taking the historical meteorological statistics of the corresponding period as the comparison reference, the system can control wind power generation and the battery charge and discharge flexibly to ensure the equipment runs stable, which lays a firm foundation for the wide application of the off-grid wind power. The economic analysis shows that the wind-electricity and electric network complementary pumping machine has good economic efficiency and application prospect in oilfield.

It's shown the necessity to use functional coatings in engineering, which can be formed in many layers and contain a number of components what based on the analysis of literature data about ways to ensure the required resource of machine parts and mechanisms. Existing technologies and the corresponding equipment require the prefabricating of the alloys which the coatings are formed. This significantly limits the control of the coatings' composition. It's shown the advantage of ion-plasma technologies developed at National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" over the existing technologies. In particular, due to the spraying of a large number of cathodes-targets, these technologies allow the formation of multicomponent coatings of almost any composition. When implementing ion-plasma technology for the formation of coatings, a decisive role plays the generator of the flow of particles of the coating material. It has been proposed to supply voltage to each generator element through a chain of resistors, the total resistance of which is regulated by the control system of the corresponding program to improve the power supply system of such a generator. Such an approach to the improvement of the power supply system of the technological generator of the coating material is implemented in the developed laboratory experimental-industrial process plant for the formation of a model coating of tungsten carbide. It was considered two possible schemes for creating resistive chains with regulated resistance. It was selected the scheme, which consists of a smaller number of elements. The important role of any resistive chain in the operation of the technological generator control system has been determined. It was proposed the optimal choice of the nominal values of the resistors included in the chain. The optimal choice of the nominal values of the resistors included in the chain has been proposed. The conducted analysis of experimental data carried out by the authors suggests that each such chain should have individual features, in particular, the boundaries and the step of resistance, the maximum power of heat losses. These and other parameters are usually determined experimentally.
