This article describes the research and development of automatic switch test and control system. It introduces the hardware structure of the test system, designs and builds the signal conditioning circuit. Applying of virtual instrument design software to achieve the purpose of control the system, and acquisition and processing of test data. And take some effective measures to curb the noise interference signals. The experimental results show that the system can fulfill accurately online monitoring for the parameters in the test process. The test results can be used as a standard to determine whether the switch qualified.

The paper analyzes the working principle and the advantages and disadvantages of synchronous access and asynchronous access in OPC standard. Take the traction motor performance test and control system as example. It used Visual Basic development OPC client and used PC Access as an OPC Server. The performance test bed for traction motor realize the measurement and control system efficient, stable and reliable operation. According to the characteristics of different parameters, the system chooses the methods of Subscription and Synchronous Write which used the advantages of synchronous access and asynchronous access.

This paper expounds the concept and principle of data protection. According to the request of AC motor test and control system, the paper uses thread safe queues technology of LabWindows/CVI to protect motor’s data. Finally, effect of thread safe queues is validated through experiments, it proves that data protection can properly reflects motor’s status.

The key points of transplanting embedded OS linux were introduced£and the embedded ARM-linux development platform was designed£A ZigBee wireless sensor network monitoring system based on the platform was achieved£JN5121 as a single-chip microprocessor was designed to be wireless microcontroller£while S3C2410 with an advanced ARM9 core and JN5121 were made to be net data concentrator£The design has high rate hardware reusing device that can well communicate with remote control center.
