In the age of digital transformation of production processes in industry and science the development and design of intelligent flow sensors for granular and liquid substances transferring through pipelines becomes more important. With this in view new approaches for improving the accuracy of microwave flowmeters are proposed. Taking into account the characteristics ofelectromagnetic waves propagating through a pipeline, a wave scattered by inhomogeneities of the controlled medium is analyzed. Features of the transformation of the polarized scattered wave limiting the geometric dimensions of the pipeline and optimizing the values of the useful scattered signal are revealed. Expediency of collection of the information signal with orthogonal polarization of the scattered wave and through a directional coupler is substantiated. The method of estimating the measurement accuracy with reference to the signal-to-noise ratio at the input of the processing device is given. The research results can be used in cryogenic machine engineering to measure volume and mass flows of liquid cryogenic products.

Perangkat keras komputer (bahasa Inggris: hardware atau disingkat HW) adalah semua bagian fisik komputer, dan dibedakan dengan data yang berada di dalamnya atau yang beroperasi di dalamnya, dan dibedakan dengan perangkat lunak (software) yang menyediakan instruksi untuk perangkat keras dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya.Kalau perangkat lunak atau software tidak berwujud fisik, maka perangkat keras atau hardware memiliki pengertian sebaliknya. Oleh karena perangkat keras berbentuk fisik, sehingga bisa dilihat, diraba dan diketahui bentuknya. Keberadaan hardware pada sebuah komputer tentunya sangatlah vital. Setiap perangkat keras memiliki fungsi tersendiri. Dengan begitu, setiap hardware tidak bisa berdiri sendiri. Jadi dalam seperangkat komputer harus terdiri atas beberapa perangkat keras, seperti motherboard, harddisk, kartu memori, CPU dan sebagainya. Pada umumnya, komponen yang terdapat di dalam komputer terdiri dari lima jenis. Diantaranya ada komponen input (input device), komponen proses (processing device), komponen keluaran (output device) & komponen tambahan, seperti penyimpanan (storage device).

<p>Acts of terrorism are crimes and serious violations of human rights, also the threat of violence that can cause mass casualties and destruction of vital strategic objects. This is an urgent threat that needs to be prepared by designing a bomb detector conceptual design as anticipation of the threat of terrorism in public services. This study aims to obtain operational requirements and conceptual design of bomb detectors as detection of terrorism threats in public services. This study uses a mixed-method with a systems engineering approach and a life cycle model to produce a technological design. The results of operational requirements are sensors, standards, artificial intelligence, integration capability, reliability, calibration mode, portable, and easy to maintain. The configuration design is divided into three stages, namely, 1) sensors including a camera security surveillance system vector image, metal detectors, explosive detectors, and A-jamming; 2) as a processing device, processes an order with the help of an artificial intelligence system; and 3)  a security computer (surveillance), early warning, and mobile information to provide information to related agencies, especially the anti-terror unit.</p>
