In order to realize an identification system of traffic road signs in real time, the authors have developed a performed detection method of these signs in real time. This method, presented in this paper, is implemented in two modules. The first is a pre-processing module based on video stream processing technics and the second, based on the polygonal approximation digital curves, identifies areas that may contain road signs using the particularity of their colors and contours. All algorithms implemented in this work are developed under the programming language C / C ++ using OpenCV library. The results of tests, realized on real videos of the traffic signs, show the performance improvement of the method developed in this work in terms of rate and speed of detection.

Considering the insufficient ability of data processing existed in configuration software, a scheme integrated both advantages of advanced programming language and configuration software is provided. In this scheme real-time data acquisition and complex processing are achieved by advanced programming language, the human-computer interface and other functions of the monitoring system are achieved by configuration software. Configuration software achieves the purpose of expanding data processing ability by data communications between advanced programming language and configuration software based on OLE technology. The practical application result indicates that the data processing ability of configuration software can be effectively expanded based on OLE technology, which has well stability and real-time, and can play significant performance in complex parameters and data processing related monitoring system.

To meet the climatic needs of plants, there is a growing interest in the development of methods to automatically and continuously detect the constraints on plants, and to use water and nutrients under greenhouse crops in a rational way. The objective of this work is consecrated to the development of a software for the control and supervision of climatic parameters under greenhouses by an automatic process using LabVIEW. The system carried out makes it possible to measure the various values of the physical sizes resulting from various sensors (temperature, humidity, illumination, content of CO2, moisture of the ground,…). In order to visualize in real time, the evolution of the various climatic parameters, a graphic interface of supervision was developed by using the programming language LabVIEW. The latter makes it possible to integrate functions of control such as the modification of the instructions and the control commands to maintain the conditions adapted to the culture under greenhouse. The installation of such a strategy must take account of the economy of the water resources, nutritive elements and electric power while making it possible to the farmers to increase their productions as well in quantity and in quality.
