Aerospace products which are highly technical and have involved numerous subjects are a typical complex production system. Collaborative development organization is importance to the results of development. The Paper gives a model which is built by experts to do dynamic evaluation of these collaborative development organization. It also employs evidential reasoning method to deal with the uncertainty appeared in the evaluation process, as well as a evaluation of a organization involving in the collaborative development.

The logistics system of iron-making is a very complex production system, and it is characterized by continuity and discreteness in combination. It is difficult to establish the model of the complex system for a long time. The model of Petri net can not only characterize the structure of complex system, but also can describe the dynamic behavior of it, these features make the Petri net a wonderful tool to build the model of production process. Based on that, this paper sets up the model of the logistics system of iron-making by the Petri net. And then simulate this model by Stateflow which is an ideal tool of simulation. All these works is the foundation for the further analyzing of the logistics system.

Industrial construction is a complex production system involving multiple supply chains. Engineers need a tool that enables them to plan and improve the system by testing different theories. This research developed a special modeling system tailored for building large-scale simulation models for industrial construction. The modeling system can be used to model an industrial construction project as a whole supply chain system, covering spool drafting, material supply, spool fabrication, module assembly, and site installation, complete with details of the production level. The entire production system can be conceived in terms of not only activities, but also product flows and information flows by the developed modeling system. The developed model was utilized to execute several simulation experimentations to test the various theories. This testing ultimately facilitates the improvement of the performance of the whole industrial construction project system.

Production is the most important and major activity of a production system. It may relate to goods used in various industries, as well as in agriculture or horticulture. The aim of this article is to analyse a selected production process and to propose several technical and organisational changes within the process of producing cucumbers in greenhouses in the form of a conceptual design. The scope of the article includes analysis and presentation of the current state of the selected production system, presentation of the modification project, as well as the possible impact of the proposed changes on the process under analysis. The subject of analysis herein is the greenhouse equipment, the production process organisation, technical facilities, production quality system functioning, proposition of changes and their effect on production. The analysis and modifications involved the production of cucumbers in greenhouses and their further preparation for sales, i.e. planting, harvesting, loading, segregating, weighing, packing and greenhouse liquidation. The article presents technical and organisational changes related with: the company’s technological facilities, space organisation in the production hall, recordkeeping of hours worked, as well as the number of employees. The aforementioned modifications will effect in inter alia: reduced working time, elimination of redundant stoppages and modernisation of technological facilities.
