The aim of the current research is to reveal the impact of the application of the quality system (9001) in controlling administrative, financial and supplies matters in the Ministry of Education, an applied study in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample which consisted of (130) male and female employees working in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the level of apply the quality system came at a high degree with a means of (3.84), and the degree of controlling administrative matters was high with a means of (4.47), and the degree of controlling financial matters was high with a means of (4.26), and the degree of controlling necessary matters was high with a means of (4.09). In addition, there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the application of the quality system (9001) in all its dimensions (administrative responsibility, procurement, document control, and control of quality records) in controlling administrative and financial, and supplies matters in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. Based on the results reached, the research recommended the need to constantly develop and update the quality system in line with the quality standards (9001) due to its clear impact on improving the performance of the Directorate of Education in the Southern Jordan Valley and its employees, and working to embody the standards and principles of the quality system (9001) in the organizational culture of the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, so that it becomes a major feature of the organizational culture axis and a fundamental pillar for the success of its performance and achievement of its objectives.

The object of the study was the system for assessing the quality of the information service personnel of the insurance company. When determining the approaches to improving the relevant components of the quality system, the organization took into account that the personnel assessment process is the most painstaking, complex and lengthy aspect of the firm’s activities. Mistakes in such a matter can not only cost one person’s dissatisfaction, but affect a certain number of problems regarding the stable functioning of an entire institution. The complexity of this issue lies in the absence, in general, of universal quantitative assessment criteria and the strong influence of the «human factor», which necessitates the use of expert qualimetric approaches with an increase in the objectivity of the assessment. In this regard, the work was aimed at developing an objective system for assessing personnel on the example of the information service of one of the insurance companies in Ukraine using qualimetric methods. Tools for the integrated qualimetric assessment of the quality of the information center employees’ activities, which consist in determining of the appropriate list and significance of the personnel performance quality indicators, were proposed with an analysis of the possibility of their identification and measurement. Additionally, it is recommended to take into account independent control using «mystery shopper», as well as the self-esteem of workers. The obtained results were used in the development of the Methodology (Procedure) of the quality system for the assessment of activities and personnel certification. The use of the outlined approaches makes it possible to increase the level of satisfaction of customers and consumers of insurance services, to increase the economic efficiency of the organization’s activities, to differentiate personnel by the quality of work with appropriate personal encouragement for training, self-realization and work productivity. The deliverables may be useful to organizations in the relevant domain and may be applicable in other similar settings.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the aspects of improving methodological approaches to the creation of a pharmaceutical quality system (PQS) at enterprises for the production of medicines, taking into account the possibility of using tools and means of digitalization. The relevance of the study is associated with the enduring importance of comprehensive high quality assurance in the development, production and release of medicines into circulation. The implementation of PQS requires numerous transformations of management and production processes, which can be facilitated by tools and elements of digitalization.Aim. To consider the potential and specific areas of application of digital technologies to improve the methodology and practice of developing and implementing PQS.Materials and methods. The state in the subject area was assessed on the basis of the results of economic and statistical analysis and forecasting of the implementation of PQS at Russian pharmaceutical enterprises that have positive and comparatively long experience in this area: the companies LLC "OZON" and JSC "AKRIKHIN". The assessment was carried out by calculating the integral indicator of the effectiveness of the functioning of PQS, which is a set of weighted key performance indicators (KPI) for quality. Results and discussion. The importance of the introduction of PQS for the development of pharmaceutical enterprises and the presence of numerous difficulties in the implementation of PQS, which necessitates the improvement of methodological approaches in the subject area, are stated. It has been proven that even at those enterprises where PQS has been introduced with varying degrees of success, the use of digitalization tools would contribute to a faster, more systematic and high-quality implementation of PQS. Among the key areas of application of digital tools, the authors propose monitoring of quality indicators (using neural network cards) and the use of blockchain platforms and smart contracts to register the release of drugs of appropriate quality.Conclusion. Digital tools contribute to complex improvement in many areas of socio-economic activity. Their active use at pharmaceutical enterprises is intended to contribute to ensuring the proper implementation and uninterrupted functioning of pharmaceutical quality systems, through constant monitoring of the quality of manufactured products and registration of manufactured batches in high-precision information storage systems.

The advancement in internet-based learning technologies together with the national agenda towards globalized online education in Malaysia have prompted the learning management system (LMS) to become an important channel for institutions of higher education to effectively deliver education to students. Since user resistance has been known to be a stumbling block in the implementation of the LMS, it is crucial for the institutions to acknowledge that comprehensive adoption by users relies heavily on user acceptance. Moreover, since some institutions may have even made it compulsory for students to use the LMS, user acceptance of the LMS should be studied in the sense that using LMS is likable and pleasurable. Although the features of the technical capability of the LMS are important, it has been asserted that having the feeling of personal convenience when using the LMS is even more important to the users. With the amount of financial effort and manpower involved in implementing the LMS by institutions in Malaysia towards fulfilling the online learning agenda of the nation, it is important to study whether the convenience factor as an individual impact can play the partial role of influencing Malaysian students’ satisfaction of the LMS which would in turn influence them to use the LMS. Based on the Information System Success Model by DeLone and McLean, this study establishes vital process factors regarding the LMS usage among university students in Malaysia. Hence, in this study, LMS usage by students is measured by the degree of students’ acceptance of the LMS. An online survey has been done to collect data from 212 students of two large public universities in Malaysia. Structural equation modeling has been used to test the relationships in the conceptual model. The results of data analysis using the PLS-SEM technique employed in the study have indicated that student satisfaction is positively influenced by factors of information quality, system quality, service quality and convenience. LMS usage has been found to be positively impacted by student satisfaction while student satisfaction has been found to have significant mediation effect. The findings from this study can be utilized by institutions committed towards having successful implementation of the LMS. In enhancing LMS usage by the students, the institutions of higher education can consider focusing on the necessary steps towards increasing student satisfaction. Meanwhile, to increase student satisfaction, apart from improving the information quality, system quality and service quality, institutions should also seriously consider promoting the LMS to the students by highlighting the individual impact of the LMS in terms of convenience.

The disaster that hit Palu City recently caused changes in the quality of water consumed by the community. To find out whether it is feasible or not, a method is needed to detect a water quality system that is easy to apply at an economical price so that people can know for sure the quality of the water they use for their daily needs. Therefore, a tool is designed to determine the quality of water, which samples are taken around the coast of Tondo by using the Fuzzy Logic method. This design was built using the Arduino module by combining four sensors, namely a pH sensor, a TDS sensor, a Turbidity sensor, and a temperature sensor. Water quality in this study was divided into three groups, namely drinking water (UM), water for washing (UC), and water not suitable for use (TL). While the water quality benchmarks are known from the incorporation of existing sensor readings, so that the value of water quality measured in the study is in the unsuitable category with a fuzzy value of 100 in sample 1, and to use washing with a fuzzy value of 45.68 in sample 2, and 26.4 in sample 3.
