This paper investigates the problems of delay-dependent passive analysis and control for uncertain stochastic systems with time-varying delay and norm-bounded parameters uncertainties. Delay-dependent stochastic passive condition for the uncertain stochastic time-delay systems is obtained based on Laypunov-Krasovkii functional approach. On the basis of this condition, a delay-dependent passive controller is presented. Sufficient condition for the existence of desired controller is formulated in terms of linear matrix inequality. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper the dynamic guidance-to-the-functional set game for conflict controlled differential system with time delay is studied. Fulfillment of conditions of saddle point relative to the right side of the system is not supposed to be. The proof is based on Hilbert space norm.

In general, it is not possible to obtain total motion absorption of a certain degree of freedom in a harmonically excited damped system by passive control. This paper presents a method of obtaining total absorption in viscously damped system by active control, including time delay, which is unavoidable in digital controlled system. The control is applied on one degree of freedom and the absorption is achieved at another point. This study is carried out by both complex and real analyses. The necessary and sufficient condition for obtaining total absorption is given. Examples demonstrate the various results.
