This paper has conducted a structural analysis by workbench after establishing a stable platform for automotive three-dimensional model, primarily concerning whether the platform can provide a benchmark to meet the requirements of equipment, including the numerical analysis of whether the platform tilt angle under load can achieve the requirements as well as the scheme of improvement direction of the structure.

At present, the most direct and extensive research method which in the field of engineering geology and rock soil mechanics is a numerical analysis method .But the numerical analysis method is developing from two-dimensional to three-dimensional . The slope stability not only has something to do with engineering geological condition , but also with the concave and convex extent of the slope. The text tries to present the three-dimensional effect of the slope by the three-dimensional model, and takes the example of Jilinguole 2 strip mine irregular three-dimensional slope, researching the three-dimensional model method of the irregular slope stability by AUTOCAD and ANSYS, founding the FLAC3D.This paper analyzes the stability of the Jilinguole 2 strip mine south slope by numerical simulation analysis.

In the present study, we used computed tomography (CT) images of aluminum foam material obtained by an industrial volume CT system for a numerical analysis of the compressive behavior of the material. A three-dimensional model of aluminum foam was developed by stacking the CT images. The simulated and experimental compressive behaviors were compared. In particular, the simulated compressive behaviors were compared with those of experiments using various strain rates in order to verify the accuracy of the three-dimensional model. The results showed that the simulated compressive stress-strain curve displayed a similar tendency to that of the experiment, but had a higher compressive strength. The results also showed that the simulated compressive deformation pattern displayed a similar tendency to those of the experiments for all strain rates, and the deformation was significantly affected by the simulation of pore shape and size.
