Investigation of the magnetization reversal of a hard/soft magnetic bilayer in an external magnetic field was performed by the Monte Carlo method. The magnetization reversal curves of the magnetic bilayer are plotted for various values of the thickness of the soft magnetic layer. Also the effect of the intralayer exchange interaction and the anisotropy constant on the magnetization reversal processes was studied. The phase diagrams of the magnetic bilayer are plotted.

The present paper presents results concerning on structure, magnetic properties and magnetization reversal processes in the as-cast Pr8Dy1Fe60Co7Mn6B14Zr1Ti3 alloy in the form of 1 mm plate. The XRD studies revealed coexistence of three phases dominant Pr2(Fe,Co)14B and minor á-Fe and Fe3B. The remanence-to-saturation ratio Jr/Js equaled 0.66 and indicated on existence of strong exchange interactions between hard and soft magnetic phases. The analysis of Mrev vs. Mirr dependences, the pinning mechanism was detected in studied alloy. Keywords: bulk alloys, magnetic properties, magnetization reversal processes

The magnetic properties of exchange-coupled Tb-Co/FeNi film structures obtained by magnetron sputtering were studied in a wide temperature range. It was shown that a decrease in the Zeeman energy when approaching the compensation temperature of the ferrimagnetic layer was accompanied by a change in the sequence of magnetization reversal of the layers. The efficiency of the interlayer exchange interaction varies with temperature very little.

Using the methods of micromagnetic modeling, the dependence of the structure and energy of a domain wall localized in the magnetic bridge between ferromagnetic films on the geometric parameters of the system has been investigated. The effect of displacement and change in the shape of the magnetization curve of the soft magnetic layer caused by the exchange interaction with the magnetic hard layer through a magnetic filament has been demonstrated.
