Abstract This paper studies the design scheme of a substation remote monitoring system based on GPRS, and gives the solution about poor real-time and imperfect function of centralized substation monitoring system. The working principle diagram of the measurement and control device is introduced in detail, and the modules of analog acquisition and switching input are designed. The substation remote monitoring software based on GPRS communication is developed to realize the remote real-time monitoring of electrical and switching parameters and other functions, such as data query, fault early warning and energy efficiency analysis. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of real-time, multi-function and high reliability. It is of great significance to implement defensive maintenance, improve power supply quality, save energy and reduce consumption.

The temperature monitoring control is the most basic data parameters of the daily life and industrial production; it also has very important significance in multi-point temperature collection, accurate measurement and control monitoring. Therefore, this paper was based on SCM to deal with the temperature information data, design the multipoint temperature monitoring system, design the function of multipoint temperature collection and control network monitor system and main program, subroutine and so on. At the same time, this paper expounded the design methods of temperature acquisition, calculation and display. It used the thermistor temperature sensor to measure real-time temperature of the periphery environment, and voltage change that transformed from the measured temperature was transmitted to ADE0708 converter for modulus conversion, and the number was input to the serial interface and dealt with computer software to output conversion by SCM, digital tube was displayed in digital sections, it was the real-time temperature value. According to the converter channel port it could set output driving control signal, the display light had status indication and adjustment and control.

Background. Healthcare-associated infection (HAI) is a serious threat to the safety of patients worldwide. The prevalence survey is widely used to explore and study the characteristics of HAI. However, the annual continuous prevalence survey of hospital-acquired infections has not been reported so far. Aim. This study is aimed at examining the occurrence and development trend of HAIs dynamically and accurately. Methods. An annual continuous HAI prevalence survey based on the real-time monitoring system was conducted in representative hospitals from different regions in Shandong in China. Findings. A total of 64 hospitals participated in the survey, and 2,741,433 patients were monitored in 2018. The highest prevalence of HAIs in Shandong was 3.83% (February 15), the lowest was 1.85% (February 28), and the average was 2.45%. The percentile distribution of prevalence of HAIs in this study was as follows: P10, 2.23%; P25, 2.31%; P50, 2.41%; P75, 2.55%; and P90, 2.73%. Conclusion. This study dynamically and accurately showed the occurrence and development trend of HAIs in Shandong in 2018. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the HAI prevalence survey in various medical institutions in Shandong and provide the basis for the regional HAI prevention and control strategy.

This paper studies about real time monitoring and control of substation .automation of substation has become a need of companies. So, it is necessary to monitoring system that will be able to automatically sense, monitor, and classify the existing constraints on electrical loads. The main purpose of the project is to acquire the remote electrical parameters like voltage, current, temperature and frequency and send these real time values over network at power station. This project is also designed to protect the electrical equipments by operating relays .This relay gets activated whenever the electrical parameters exceed the predefined values.This system can automatically update the real time electrical parameters periodically. It has sensing capability to sense whether the system is in normal conditions or it exceeded the predefined values .If it exceeds predefined values then it gives buzzer to alert and relays automatically trips the circuit .
