This paper studies about real time monitoring and control of substation .automation of substation has become a need of companies. So, it is necessary to monitoring system that will be able to automatically sense, monitor, and classify the existing constraints on electrical loads. The main purpose of the project is to acquire the remote electrical parameters like voltage, current, temperature and frequency and send these real time values over network at power station. This project is also designed to protect the electrical equipments by operating relays .This relay gets activated whenever the electrical parameters exceed the predefined values.This system can automatically update the real time electrical parameters periodically. It has sensing capability to sense whether the system is in normal conditions or it exceeded the predefined values .If it exceeds predefined values then it gives buzzer to alert and relays automatically trips the circuit .

Background. Healthcare-associated infection (HAI) is a serious threat to the safety of patients worldwide. The prevalence survey is widely used to explore and study the characteristics of HAI. However, the annual continuous prevalence survey of hospital-acquired infections has not been reported so far. Aim. This study is aimed at examining the occurrence and development trend of HAIs dynamically and accurately. Methods. An annual continuous HAI prevalence survey based on the real-time monitoring system was conducted in representative hospitals from different regions in Shandong in China. Findings. A total of 64 hospitals participated in the survey, and 2,741,433 patients were monitored in 2018. The highest prevalence of HAIs in Shandong was 3.83% (February 15), the lowest was 1.85% (February 28), and the average was 2.45%. The percentile distribution of prevalence of HAIs in this study was as follows: P10, 2.23%; P25, 2.31%; P50, 2.41%; P75, 2.55%; and P90, 2.73%. Conclusion. This study dynamically and accurately showed the occurrence and development trend of HAIs in Shandong in 2018. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the HAI prevalence survey in various medical institutions in Shandong and provide the basis for the regional HAI prevention and control strategy.

Various physical parameters like humidity, temperature, raindrop, GSM, atmospheric pressure and LDR can be monitored effectively and can be made more interactive with the help of different sensors that are interfaced with microcontrollers like ATmega328P. All the sensors can be connected to this microcontroller ATmega328P as the center preparing unit for the whole framework and plans can be associated with the microcontroller. The real-time monitoring of the various systems becomes possible with this IoT based system. The Paper displays different application based on IoT and proves that the monitoring and control of the system becomes flexible, robust and effective for any real-time implementation .

The objective of this paper is to monitor the electrical parameters like voltage, current, etc., remotely and display all the obtained real time values for a substation isolate. This paper is furnished to assure the load and electrical system equipment by the activation of relay, whenever the acquired parameters exceed the predefined values. Generally, this Proposed system design makes use of microcontroller, but the prototype of this circuit modelled in Proteus and can be executed by using ATmega 168 microcontroller. When supply is given to the designed hardware, all the sensors start sensing their respective parameters i. e., voltage, current, temperature etc., and modernize all the values on the display. Comparison between the problem-solving time values and the preordained values is continuously carried out by the microcontroller, if any of these values go beyond the pre-defined values, it sends fault alert to the relay, updates it on the screen and sends the same as an SMS through GSM for the rectification.
