Differential cross-sections of inelastic scattering leading to the excitation of some levels near the thresholds of neutron emission were analyzed. The abnormally large radii were identified for [Formula: see text] (3.09 Mev) state of 13 C , first members of the rotational bands based on the 1/2+ levels of 9 Be (1.68 MeV ) and 11 Be ( gr . st .), [Formula: see text] (1.54 MeV) and [Formula: see text] (2.7 MeV) states of 14 Be and 12 Be correspondingly. All these states can be considered as having neutron halos.
