The quick expanding user of World Wide Web (WWW) has been made a development in proxy server in limited access to the users. Therefore, it needs the limit with designing and implementing proxy server configuration system and authentication in internet web-based usage so it will ease in supervising and using internet facility. The method used is analysis and web-based system design. The expected result is the easier in supervising and controlling internet facility using proxy server and reducing the leaking of internet facility usage through authentication (security).

Tracer study is a method used to get feedback from alumni to tertiary institutions. Tracer alumni can be used to determine the absorption of PSN Blitar AKN alumni in the business world and industry. In addition, it also serves as a reference for adjusting competencies that must be owned by prospective alumni of AKN PSF Blitar in accordance with the needs of the business world and industry. System development uses the waterfall method which has several stages, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The technology used in this system is web-based which aims to facilitate users in filling out the questionnaire and can be wider in scope. The result of this system design is a system design that uses a use case, the system flow uses a flowchart and the design of the physic data model. The results obtained are a web-based system that can reach a wider user, this system reduces operational costs, restrictions on access rights and individual alumni reports. Conclusion: This system can help universities in conducting tracer studies easily. The system used is web-based which can reach alumni wherever they are so that alumni do not need to come to campus or send questionnaire data so that the data will be faster to process.

<p>PT Graha Sarana Duta established since 1981 engaged in providing office building, building maintenance and maintenance services. At present the system is still manual which causes the company's performance to be hampered and has not been able to support all the needs of the company such as a report that is long enough to report so that management waits long to get it. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory system that can present the information needed by the company. Operations that run on this system are: input data for outgoing goods, input data for incoming goods, input data for supplier, work order, incoming goods report, outgoing goods report, ready stock report,work order report and goods check. The development tools used in this research are using PHP.5.2.2 as a programming language and MySQL version 5.0.41 as the database, these were all chosen because of their reliability in making a web-based system. Design and design an inventory system for PT Graha Sarana Duta. This Inventory system is web based so it is more dynamic and can be used easily. The system is used to manage data items that occur in the warehouse with various menus available.</p>

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.
