The Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) network faces disruptions of various sorts under the dynamic and complex environment. In order to explore the robustness of the network, the 4PL network design with consideration of random disruptions is studied. The purpose of the research is to construct a 4PL network that can provide satisfactory service to customers at a lower cost when disruptions strike. Based on the definition ofβ-robustness, a robust optimization model of 4PL network design under disruptions is established. Based on the NP-hard characteristic of the problem, the artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) and the genetic algorithm (GA) are developed. The effectiveness of the algorithms is tested and compared by simulation examples. By comparing the optimal solutions of the 4PL network for different robustness level, it is indicated that the robust optimization model can evade the market risks effectively and save the cost in the maximum limit when it is applied to 4PL network design.

The artificial fish swarm algorithm is a new bionic optimization algorithm, which focuses on constructing an optimization model of autonomous animats. Researches on it have been applied in many fields. This paper makes an in-depth study of the artificial fish swarm algorithm model, and tries to optimize and expand it for the use of building a game dynamical system, so as to serve as a technical and theoretical reference in designing and applying the game engine of AI movement.

In this paper, considering the characteristics of e-commerce logistics and the problems arising from the construction of logistics network, based on the full investigation and research of the B2C electricity supplier operation mode, we have studied and summarized the research results of scholars at home and abroad aiming at the related problems, and summarized and summarized the methods and steps of logistics network optimization in the whole country. First, we established the logistics network structure.The definition of network level, node function and connection between nodes is carried out. Then, through the improved urban agglomeration order gravity model, the scope of self logistics city is screened. Finally, the link of logistics network structure is scheduled for completion with the goal of cost optimization.
