In this paper, considering the characteristics of e-commerce logistics and the problems arising from the construction of logistics network, based on the full investigation and research of the B2C electricity supplier operation mode, we have studied and summarized the research results of scholars at home and abroad aiming at the related problems, and summarized and summarized the methods and steps of logistics network optimization in the whole country. First, we established the logistics network structure.The definition of network level, node function and connection between nodes is carried out. Then, through the improved urban agglomeration order gravity model, the scope of self logistics city is screened. Finally, the link of logistics network structure is scheduled for completion with the goal of cost optimization.

AbstractNowadays, Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has been prosperous for a long time and brings plenty of opportunities to every aspect of China. As a coastal province with lots of port resources, Shandong province has implemented port integration, and there are some operation problems arising, too. In order to make the seaports and dry port reach their full potential, it is very crucial to explore the evolution trend of the ports, which can offer more chances for future development. Based on related theory, this article analyses the evolution of seaports and dry ports in Shandong Province, combined with the background of BRI. After showing the trend of port evolution, this paper points out the co-evolution mechanism of seaports and dry ports and describe a dry port-seaport logistics network in Shandong Province, which results from the mutual influence of seaports and dry ports. Finally, considering the influence of the BRI, this article points out that Shandong Province should take the inland cities as the basis and consider the various costs of the ports to fully take part in the Belt and Road Initiative, when constructing a logistics network.

Remanufacturing has gained great recognition in recent years due to its economic and environmental benefits and effectiveness in the value retention of waste products. Many studies on reverse logistics have considered remanufacturing as a key node for network optimization, but few literature reviews have explicitly mentioned remanufacturing as a main feature in their analysis. The aim of this review is to bridge this gap. In total, 125 papers on remanufacturing reverse logistics network design have been reviewed and conclusions have been drawn from four aspects: (1) in terms of network structure, the functional nodes of new hybrid facilities and the network structure combined with the remanufacturing technologies of products are the key points in the research. (2) In the mathematical model, the multi-objective function considered from different aspects, the uncertainty of recovery time and recovery channel in addition to quantity and quality, and the selection of appropriate algorithms are worth studying. (3) While considering product types, the research of a reverse logistics network of some products is urgently needed but inadequate, such as medical and furniture products. (4) As for cutting-edge technologies, the application of new technologies, such as intelligent remanufacturing technology and big data, will have a huge impact on the remanufacturing of a reverse logistics network and needs to be considered in our research.

One of today's most significant challenges is sustainability, which is closely linked to environmentally friendly solutions and resource efficiency. As a solution to these goals, the concept of the Physical Internet emerged, defining the logistics network of the future as a global, open, and interconnected system. Concerning the conditions of vehicles based on Physical Internet-based systems, we cannot ignore the latest vehicle technology innovations that appear more and more intensively in parallel. The framework proposes planning at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Different levels of coordination implement different approaches to platoon coordination in line with the network architecture of PI-based logistics systems. We recommend the highest level of offline design in fixed π-hubs. The tactical level involves designing π-hubs online. We propose the implementation of speed-based solutions at the operational planning level.

The problem and the main stages of choosing a rational configuration of a four-level logistics network that is resistant to the impact of emergencies forstrategic planning are considered. The problem under consideration belongs to the class of multicriteria optimization problems. Criteria related to thefinancial costs of building and operating a logistics distribution channel, as well as criteria related to the level of quality of customer service, arecontradictory. To solve the problem of stability of the logistics system configuration to emergencies, such as failure of intermediate warehouses,failure of transport arteries, etc., a strategic management information system was developed by integrating existing software components at the level ofenterprise software applications. The integration of the system was based on a service-oriented architecture, as all its components are heterogeneous innature. This approach allows you to reuse existing program code. To determine a sustainable configuration option, two criteria are used, which areconsidered equivalent: the level of costs for the maintenance of the logistics channel and the level of service quality in the event of differentemergencies. Since the probability of emergencies is unknown, the minimax criterion is used to minimize the risk when choosing a rationalconfiguration of the logistics network. For this purpose, losses from emergencies are calculated according to all criteria, and there is a variant of thelogistics network configuration that will be the least risky. That is, we will not be able to get a worse result than the one we rely on. The results of thestudy are presented in the form of a configuration variant of the logistics distribution system, which can be used in the future to determine businessoptions.

Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing community emergency service platform, such as single function, poor scalability, and strong subjectivity, an intelligent community emergency service platform based on convolutional neural network was constructed. Firstly, the requirements analysis of the emergency service platform was carried out, and the functional demand of the emergency service platform was analyzed from the aspects of community environment, safety, infrastructure, health management, emergency response, and so on. Secondly, through logistics network, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and all kinds of applications, the intelligent community emergency service platform was designed. Finally, a semantic matching emergency question answering system based on convolutional neural network was developed to provide key technical support for the emergency preparation stage of intelligent community. The results show that the intelligent community emergency service platform plays an important role in preventing community emergency events and taking active and effective measures to ensure the health and safety of community residents.
