In today’s globalized situation, people on the one hand enjoy the great convenience brought by the Internet and artificial intelligence Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and, on the other hand, they are also inevitably subject to a series of harms brought by network technology. Internet economic crime is a new type of crime based on Internet technology. Criminals use Internet technology to conduct illegal visits and Trojan horse program attacks, steal user information, and defraud victims of money. This has resulted in the people’s personal and property safety and social harmony and stability. Strictly cracking down on cyber economic crimes in accordance with the law is of great significance to safeguarding the interests of the people and maintaining social stability. However, as the methods and forms of cyber economic crimes emerge endlessly, it is very important to collect intelligence information on such crimes. This paper proposes using the sensor technology, embedded system technology, radio frequency automatic identification technology, and cloud computing technology in artificial intelligence Internet of Things technology to design and build a data-mining-based network economic crime intelligent information aggregation collection system to realize network economic crime intelligence of aggregation and analyze and help combat cyber economic crimes. This article takes cyber economic crime cases in various cities in our province as an example, selects 9 cyber economic criminals’ intelligence information as sample data, and tests and applies the designed cyber economic crime intelligence information system. The final results show that the numbers of cyber economic crime cases in four cities A, B, C, and D in four provinces are roughly the same, but city A has the largest number; the minimum confidence of the 9 criminals is above 0.60, indicating that the economic crimes of cyber economic criminals are related to their academic background and family status and criminal history are related to a certain extent; illegal fund-raising fraud and online credit card fraud account for the largest proportion of the four cities and are currently the main forms of online economic crime.

Internet of Things technology and industrial development will trigger a new round of information technology revolution and industrial revolution, and they are the commanding point of future competition in information industry and core driving force of industrial upgrade. This paper introduces current situation of distance teaching of Internet of Things and architecture specialties, designs and implements distance teaching experiment system platform for architecture specialty based on Internet of Things. This system is based on ZigBee /GPRS wireless network technology, sensor technology, embedded technology, Web distributed software technology and database technology. Besides, it adopts three interlinked networks and achieves efficient connection of multiple experiment terminals, servers and clients. As well, the information exchange is fast. Hence, it is convenient for practical application of distance teaching. The results of teaching experiment show that Internet of Things technology can improve students’ academic performance and teachers’ teaching effect. Therefore, it is a hot spot in modern teaching technology, so we should pay attention to it.

At present, the transportation industry brings energy consumption, pollution and traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious, which has greatly restricted the economic and social development. This paper elaborates the concepts of Internet of things, intelligent transportation, and Internet of vehicles; Internet of vehicles based on Internet of Things technology is considered as an effective method to solve road congestion. The key technologies of the Internet of vehicles include traffic information perception technology, network communication technology, and cloud computing technologies etc. among them, radio frequency identification technology, sensor technology, floating car data technology, and GPS positioning technology are the focus. Application of Internet of vehicles is discussed, and its future development is prospected.

Automation and digitalization, as long-term evolutionary processes, cause significant effects, such as the transformation of occupations and job profiles, changes to employment forms, and a more significant role for the platform economy, generating challenges for social policy. This systematic literature review aims to provide an overview of the research to date related to influences of the Industry 4.0 Revolution on human capital development and consumer behavior. A search on the Web of Science identified 160 papers that met the inclusion criteria. The major objectives aimed to identify: the main types of influences of the Industry 4.0 Revolution on human capital development and consumer behavior; the main opportunities and challenges for new directions in education associated with shifting the work environment; and the drivers for human capital development and consumer behavior through the lenses of the Industry 4.0 Revolution. The results revealed some key aspects for the development of human capital: information, new jobs, the Internet, technology, training, education, new skills, automation, communication, innovativeness, professionals, productivity, artificial intelligence, digitalization, e-recruitment, and the Internet of Things, as well as the main drivers of consumer behavior: information, e-commerce, digitalization, the Internet of Things, e-distribution, technology, digitalization, automation, personalized, performance, artificial intelligence, behavior intention, e-shopping, and data mining.

In recent years, the business scale of my country’s circulation industry has continued to expand, and the output value has continued to increase. The leading role in guiding the transformation of the industrial economy has become more and more important. Based on this, this article discusses the research on the promotion of the Internet of Things technology to the circulation industry in the transformation of the resource-based economy. The application of RFID technology and wireless sensor technology in the Internet of Things in the circulation industry can greatly improve work efficiency and information transmission accuracy. This article establishes the circulation industry based on the principles of science, system, safety, and relative independence. The evaluation index system analyzes the role of the circulation industry in the transformation of the resource-based economy in terms of circulation scale, circulation structure, circulation efficiency, circulation innovation, etc., and uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to analyze the collected data. With the support of RFID technology, the output value of the circulation industry in Province Y has reached 140.508 billion yuan in 2019, accounting for about 27% of the tertiary industry, and the number of employees in the circulation industry has also increased to 57.88%, which is a strong boost to the economy of Province Y. It has a greater contribution to the total economic volume. The research of this article has realized the economic transformation of resource-based cities in the circulation industry and has a certain reference effect for the transformation and upgrading of similar cities.

The rapid growth of the Internet of Things has broken people’s way of thinking and brought tremendous changes to people’s lives. For key configurations, the Internet of Things is included in the central distribution component of cloud computing, transmission networks, and sensor acceptance techniques. The future Internet of Things is similar to the human body, with different induction and cognitive fields to complete functional tasks, and is a key component of work efficiency and the creation of intelligent control systems. The laboratory is a training ground for colleges and universities to cultivate creative and commercial talents, and has a special mission of cultivating skills and training talents. In recent years, the quality of laboratory knowledge has been greatly improved, but the management model can still meet the needs of teaching, laboratory and technology opening, scientific research, and the development of new and business talents. In the future, university laboratories should learn high-quality design ideas, use Internet of Things technology, Internet technology and ARM technology to build an effective intelligent management system to understand laboratory intelligence. Therefore, this article recommends a local Web-based laboratory construction program, aimed at improving the quality of test information services, while using Internet technology in the laboratory for RFID technology, wireless sensor network and ZigBee technology. Low carbon green living environment in our life play a very important role. With the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasingly mature, the traditional lighting system is developing rapidly towards intelligent lighting control based on Internet of things, especially in public places, the electricity control, such as libraries, museums, etc. In this paper, based on the Internet of things technology combined with humanized design a set of intelligent management library intelligent lighting energy saving control system. The wireless sensor network to collect environmental information is combined with artificial management information, the main control system can carry on the dynamic control of library's energy consumption, and realize the system energy saving purpose. After experimental verification, the energy-saving control system designed in this paper can according to the changes in the environment of intelligent stability control in the reading room lights brightness. The structure is simple and has achieved the purpose of energy saving.
