With the deepening of diversified and professional business philosophy in large enterprises, enterprises play more and more abundant social functions in society. Sense of mission and honor play an important role in the healthy development of enterprises. With the in-depth integration of enterprise management and computer technology, some human resource management problems related to corporate social responsibility often appear in this process. From the traditional human resource management paradigm to people-oriented social responsibility human resource management, “strengthening effectiveness” has become the main research direction of enterprise management in the electronic age. On this basis, through the discrete modeling method of a large amount of data, this paper creatively puts forward the coupling correlation between corporate social responsibility and enterprise human resource management based on grey correlation algorithm. Compared with the management mode based on trapezoidal data analysis and cluster center adopted in the current mainstream enterprise human resource management research, the innovation of this algorithm is to analyze the dynamic data of corporate social responsibility and enterprise human resources and establish a coupling model related to corporate social responsibility. It can not only realize the dynamic tracking of human resource data, but also make full use of the relevant characteristic information of the coupling relationship between enterprise human resource management and corporate social responsibility. According to the dynamic big data such as employee welfare, employee compensation, employee training, employee overtime, and timeliness of transaction processing, this paper analyzes the social problems such as corporate social responsibility evaluation index, employee turnover rate, and enterprise income, so as to provide theoretical support for enterprise business strategy.

An increasing number of organizations are focusing not only on creating value but also on ethical, social, and environmental perspectives. Traditionally, organizations mostly encompassed corporate social responsibility as their activities only in an economically favorable situation. However, corporate social responsibility can be incorporated in organizations with human resource management as a strategic process to recover and sustain the organization's development. Therefore, the study aims to analyze the relation between corporate social responsibility and human resource management and the role of human resource practices with corporate social responsibility in organizational development. From this standpoint, this study provides a systematic review of the concepts of corporate social responsibility, the relation between corporate social responsibility and human resource management, and their effect on the organization's success. Fifty-six articles published during 2004–2020 are selected for review from a descriptive and content perspective to propose a future research direction on a selected topic. The findings of the reviewed literature indicated that a triple bottom line (economic, social, and environmental) attainment is essentially a high-level management-driven operation in the absence of employee participation. Besides, this paper described the importance of corporate social responsibility, the linkage between human resource and corporate social responsibility in the organization, and promoting corporate social responsibility to the organizations and various stakeholders. Finally, this study asserted the connection between these two concepts and inquired management to treat the link as a strategic business decision to control the organization's human capital.

Sustainable organizational achievement of firms is the dominant approach in today’s world, with an inclination on improving profitability, social condition, and a healthy environment. Based on ability, motivation, opportunity (AMO), and stakeholder theories, this study explored the green human resource management (GHRM) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) mechanism towards sustainable performance achievement. A structured questionnaire survey from 305 samples was appropriate for the quantitative study on this research. Moreover, widely used structural equation modeling and analysis of moment structures (AMOS) was used to analyze the proposed structural model of the study. Findings from the study added significance to all posited hypotheses and validated the study model. The current study added literature to the body of knowledge on green human resource management practices and corporate social responsibility in the pursuit of improved performance towards society, the environment, and sustainability of construction firms. For future studies, the inclusion of industries such as transportation-based industries and manufacturing companies that contribute to development should be considered for broad learning.
