With the further development of the social economy, people pay more attention to spiritual and cultural needs. As the main place of people’s daily life, the family is very important to the creation of its cultural atmosphere. In fact, China has fully entered the era of interior decoration, and people are paying more and more attention to decorative effects and the comfort and individual characteristics of decoration. Therefore, it is of practical significance to develop the application of decorative art in interior space design. However, the transfer effect of current interior decoration art design tends to be artistic, which leads to image distortion, and image content transfer errors are easy to occur in the process of transfer. The application of image style transfer in interior decoration art can effectively solve such problems. This paper analyzes the basic theory of image style transfer through image style transfer technology, Gram matrix, and Poisson image editing technology and designs images from several aspects such as image segmentation, content loss, enhanced style loss, and Poisson image editing constrained image spatial gradient. The application process of style transfer in interior decoration art realizes the application of image style transfer in interior decoration art. The experimental results show that the application of image style transmission in interior decoration art design can effectively avoid the contents of the interior decoration errors and distortions and has a good style transfer effect.

Building materials for decoration are carriers for space art design to represent language, are material foundation for environment art design. Selection of materials is the basic matter for study of design. So, only by getting a full understanding of the properties of decoration materials, making good use of their advantages through reasonable selection and flexible collocation, and with respect to the available space environment, can materials perfectly perform their functions, thus fulfill the demand of interior space design. Art design and materials are interactional. The realization of art design depends upon materials and materials can get life with excellent design. By starting from the use of physical appearance of materials, we can dig out interior decoration materials’ potentialities for originality, and break through traditional way of design expression, and set up new concepts about how to use decoration materials.

In the field of visual reasoning, image features are widely used as the input of neural networks to get answers. However, image features are too redundant to learn accurate characterizations for regular networks. While in human reasoning, abstract description is usually constructed to avoid irrelevant details. Inspired by this, a higher-level representation named semantic representation is introduced in this paper to make visual reasoning more efficient. The idea of the Gram matrix used in the neural style transfer research is transferred here to build a relation matrix which enables the related information between objects to be better represented. The model using semantic representation as input outperforms the same model using image features as input which verifies that more accurate results can be obtained through the introduction of high-level semantic representation in the field of visual reasoning.

China has a long history of history and culture, and it has gathered a variety of cultural elements and symbols in the long history. The cultural connotation and spiritual heritage presented by traditional Chinese decorative elements provide a source and motivation for the innovative development of the modern decoration industry. Therefore, drawing on traditional elements to carry out innovative exploration of the art design has become an important outlet for the development of the industry. This article aims at exploring a sustainable development path for China’s art design field by analyzing the current application of traditional Chinese elements in contemporary interior decoration design.

This code provides an implementation of two techniques from ``Poisson Image Editing’’ on ITK images. First, we fill a hole in an image given only the pixel values on the boundary. Second, we copy a patch of an image into another image and make the result as smooth as possible.
