The effect of low level laser in the growth and biological activities of bitter melon

Applying laser technology to the growth of plants to limit the use of chemical fertilizers is an interesting topic in agriculture. The main idea is to preserve the environment, ensuring product quality while still achieving high productivity, we decided to carry out this research project, to investigate the effect of the low-level laser (the wavelengths 532nm, 850nm, and 940nm) on stems and leaf development. It is expected that with these research results, the implementation method will be widely disseminated in the high agricultural sector, coming closer to farmers. Moreover, the results of the analysis of the composition of bitter melon stems and leaves will be applied in medical treatment (such as diabetes, wound treatment, anti-oxidation, anti-bacteria ...)

PEMBINAAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA MELALUI JUAL BELI SECARA E-COMMERCE DI PERUMAHAN CITRA LAGUNA

Community Service (PKM) aims to foster housewives in Citra Laguna Housing, Batam. More than 50 percent of the housewives in this housing simply carry out the profession as a housewife without any other activities. Meanwhile, complaints about the inadequacy of household needs are very high. They want extra money to make ends meet. Through this PKM, the implementation method forms direct training and practice on making homemade ice cream products and selling them online or e-commerce. Implementation is carried out twice per meeting. First, fostering participants and practice on how to make ice cream, which was represented by 15 participants. Second, teach and practice buying and selling online through internet media such as through Facebook, Instagram, and others (e-commerce which is familiar among housewives). The results during the two meetings are as follows: 1. Housewives mastered how to make ice cream products with satisfactory results. 2. Housewives know how to download images of products they want to sell in common marketing languages.

SURVEY PEMAHAMAN DAN KETERLIBATAN MAHASISWA DAN DOSEN DALAM PROGRAM KEBIJAKAN MERDEKA BELAJAR KAMPUS MERDEKA DI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS PASUNDAN

The objectives of the final report of this research are (1) to determine the understanding of students and lecturers in the Merdeka Learning policy program at the Merdeka Campus at the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP, Pasundan University; (2) to find out the involvement of students and lecturers in the Independent Learning Policy Program at the Independent Campus at the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP, Pasundan University. The implementation method in the research program on the implementation of the Independent Learning Policy-Independent Campus (MBKM) is in the form of a population survey (total sampling) involving students, and lecturers at the Pasundan University economic education study program. The survey results show that in general students understand the independent campus learning policy program in the economic education study program FKIP Pasundan University, this is indicated by the average student answers about each question item in the survey showing a response according to the answer indicators provided. Some of the author's suggestions are input as a form of concern for the study program in implementing the MBKM program so that it can be even better, of course the consistency of all human resources involved is very necessary in optimizing the implementation of this MBKM activity.

Penguatan usaha kelompok budidaya ikan tawar “Mujur Fish Farm” dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dengan membangun mindset and spirit entrepreneur

This devotion aims to foster the mindset and spirit of entrepreneurs, as well as increase knowledge related to the right steps so that products can be sold. The implementation method uses Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) by involving the local community. The stage of implementation is through the stage of preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation, and assessment stages. The achievement of this activity is that group members know how to build an entrepreneur mindset in the Covid-19 pandemic by staying positive and creative. Pendampingan Kelompok Petani Muda dalam Upaya Menggali Potensi dan Kreativitas Desa Pada Masa Pandemi di Desa Sumberejo Kota Batu

WHO (World Health Organization) has declared the coronavirus a global pandemic. As one of the countries exposed and the pandemic, Indonesia has changed the lives of all people from various walks of life. It is hoped that the younger generation, as young, dynamic, full of energy, full of optimism, can bring changes that move and try to help the government in breaking the spread of COVID-19. One of them is the role of youth in the agricultural sector. The implementation method used to explore the potential and creativity of young farmers in Sumberejo Village is by providing counseling. The activities carried out are by introducing IT technology, training, and marketing counseling, and more modern business bookkeeping to youth. This activity is very suitable for the conditions of community social restrictions that are currently being carried out. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to young farmers in Sumberejo Village so that the knowledge and skills of young farmers can increase in internet-based business bookkeeping, increase creativity in online marketing so that they are more motivated and good at reading opportunities, and increase the creativity of village youth during the pandemic. Covid-19 and the existence of social restrictions will not dampen their efforts in the organic vegetable business.ABSTRAKWHO (World Health Organization) menetapkan virus corona sebagai pandemi global. Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang terpapar dan adanya pandemi tersebut telah merubah kehidupan seluruh kalangan masyarakat dari berbagai lapisan. Diharapkan generasi muda sebagai sosok yang muda, dinamis, penuh energi, penuh optimis dapat membawa perubahan yang bergerak dan berusaha untuk membantu pemerintah dalam memutus penyebaran covid-19. Salah satunya yaitu peran pemuda di sektor pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan yang dipakai untuk menggali potensi dan kreativitas petani muda di Desa Sumberejo yaitu dengan memberikan penyuluhan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan pengenalan teknologi IT, pelatihan dan penyuluhan pemasaran dan pembukuan usaha yang lebih modern kepada pemuda. Adanya kegiatan tersebut sangat cocok untuk kondisi pembatasan sosial masyarakat saat ini sedang dijalankan.Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada petani muda di Desa Sumberejo sehingga pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani muda dapat meningkat dalam pembukuan usaha berbasis internet, meningkatkan kreativitas dalam pemasaran online sehingga mereka lebih termotivasi dan pandai membaca peluang dan meningkatkan kreativitas pemuda desa di masa pandemi. covid-19 dan adanya pembatasan sosial tidak akan menyurutkan usaha mereka di bidang usaha sayuran organik.

Using Digital Marketing to Develop Marketing Strategy for Fish Farmer Group Products in Jehem Village

Fish Farmer Group "Mina Kumala Sari" is a fish farming group located in Jehem Village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency and is engaged in fisheries, especially koi fish. Based on observations, it is known that this group still has problems in marketing the product. By using digital marketing through social media, it is hoped that they can reach the target market of the "Mina Kumala Sari" Fish Farmer Group. The purpose of this community service is to find out the use of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for the cultivation of the Fish Farmer Group "Mina Kumala Sari" Jehem Village. The implementation method begins at the observation stage, then conducts interviews with the group leader to gather information, followed by a literature study to collect data from literature and the last stage is documentation in the form of photos and videos. Based on the results of the service, it can be concluded that utilizing social media as a means to market products is quite effective because before the promotion was carried out many people did not know the existence of this group and after promotion through social media and direct and online promotions with groups or communities of ornamental fish lovers caused the Farmers Group Fish "Mina Kumala Sari" is increasingly recognized by the wider community.

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU MINIM SAMPAH MELALUI METODE HULU BAGI SANTRIWATI

Pesantren sebagai salah satu tempat yang memiliki potensi sampah yang tinggi jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Perlunya pengelolaan sampah dari hulu hingga volume sampah dapat berkurang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa sampah belum dikelola dengan baik yaitu belum adanya pengolahan sampah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran perilaku minim sampah kepada santri dengan metode pengelolaan sampah dan pembuatan eco-enzym. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan eco-enzym. Sasarannya adalah seluruh santri markaz Alquran Akhwat Indonesia sebanyak 21 santri baru. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari pra kegiatan, kegiatan dan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan ujian pre dan post test untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pembuatan eco-enzym. Hasil yang telah dicapai adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan perilaku minim sampah sebesar 5,2%. Adapun pembuatan eco-enzyme sudah sesuai dengan prosedur.Kata Kunci: Perilaku minim sampah; Metode hulu; Pengolahan sampah; Santri dan Pesantren.Abstract: Islamic Boarding School as a place that has a high potential for waste if not managed properly. The need for waste management from upstream to the volume of waste can be reduced. Based on the observation that the waste has not been managed properly, namely the absence of waste processing. The purpose of this service is to increase awareness of minimal waste behavior to students with waste management methods and the manufacture of eco-enzymes. The method used is counseling and the practice of making eco-enzymes. The target is all students of the Indonesian Akhwat Al-Quran Markaz as many as 21 new students. The implementation method carried out in this activity consists of pre-activity, activity and evaluation. The evaluation is done by giving pre and post tests to determine the increase in knowledge and eco-enzyme skill. The result that has been achieved is an increase in knowledge of minimal waste behavior in 5,2%. Metode “King of Brama” sebagai pengembangan inovasi masa endemi Komunitas Sambel Pecel klegen Kota Madiun

People's lives today cannot be separated from the existence of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The role of MSMEs is considered significant to the improvement of the Indonesian economy and is also able to absorb labor on a considerable scale. The problems faced by MSMEs today are marketing, branding and packaging. Likewise, with the problems faced by the Sambel Pecel community of Klegen village of Madiun city. Digital marketing is very important and crucial that must be done in order to compete in the global market. The purpose of this training is to provide innovation in product packaging or build a more modern brand to the MSMEs community Sambel Pecel Kota Madiun, as an increase in sales turnover during the covid-19 pandemic. The implementation method is carried out using several stages, namely 1) identifying the problem, 2) identifying the output, and 3) conducting training. The result of this activity is the innovation of Sambel Pecel products that have more modern packaging and branding. This activity is expected to make the Sambel Pecel MSME community develop and improve its marketing methods by using digital marketing.

Pelatihan pembuatan modul ajar bagi guru SMA/SMK di Tebing Tinggi

Improving the quality of learning in schools is carried out by various strategies, one of which is developing teaching materials. The development of teaching materials in modules is currently a very urgent need. Because the application of the module can make learning activities more well-planned, independent, complete, and precise results so that educators can assist schools in realizing quality learning. However, in reality, many educators have difficulty making teaching modules that suit the needs of students. Due to educators' lack of knowledge and training to make teaching modules. Therefore, this PKM activity aims 1) to introduce and equip educators about teaching modules, 2) to assist educators in making teaching modules. The implementation method used in this activity is lecture, practice, and discussion. The activities were conducted online using the Zoom application and offline at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang. The steps in PKM activities are 1) preparation, 2) implementation, 3) reflection. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The implementation of PKM activities showed that the training activities ran smoothly, and the participants were enthusiastic about participating in the training. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that 72.8% of the participants stated that this training activity could increase their knowledge and understanding of the module, and 83.3% stated that this training activity could train the skills of educators in doing modules. This activity can contribute to educators producing practical modules to use in the learning process.

The potential processing of rice husk waste as an alternative media for ornamental plants

The problem of rice husk waste as a result of rice processing is a major problem in Sanrego Village, especially in the Pada Elo' Farmer Group. The accumulation of rice husk waste while the land area to accommodate a lot of rice husk waste during the harvest season forced the farmer groups to burn it. However, another problem that arises is the emergence of air pollution and the results of burning rice husk waste are useless because they are not used properly. Therefore, this community service will process the potential of rice husk waste into husk charcoal by providing information, knowledge, and skills on how to process rice husk waste into rice husk charcoal which can be used as an alternative media for ornamental plants which are currently the prima donna. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely Tudang Sipulung, Mario-rio, and Mappesabbi which are taken from the Bugis tradition of having a philosophy of working together, thus directing farmer groups to participate and be fully involved (participatory by doing). The results obtained by the average partner member experienced an 82,5% increase in information and knowledge aspects as well as skills and were able to grow their entrepreneurial spirit, especially processing rice husk waste.
