The design of a supervision system based on the external model by structuring the industrial process according to several modes of operation (degraded and normal). The disadvantage of this model is that it describes the industrial process components as functions regardless of their dynamics without going into detail. Hence the interest of the bond graph model to fill the external model limits. The performance of the proposed supervisory system using both models lies in the detection and location of faults for each mode of operation. The bond graph model enriched by the concept of causality and thanks to these structural properties can clearly display the elements of the physical system taking into account their dynamics in normal and abnormal operation. The results of our research have been applied to central air conditioning system; the development of the proposed project has proceeded from the modeling stage to the reconfiguration stage of the system.

With the characteristics of non-stationarity, non-linearity, time-lag of refrigeration/ heating supplying in minds, load forecasting of central air-conditioning system is carried using time sequence analysis method. Firstly, acquisition sample data of central air-conditioning system is pretreated, and random time sequence AR model of system is formulated. Then, forecasting of AR refrigeration/heating load based on Yule-walker method is conducted. In order to enhance forecasting accuracy, crossover forecasting is introduced into the load forecasting, that is, to use vertical forecasting to follow household demands for load and horizontal forecasting to track changes of weather. Then, weight cross is made to vertical and horizontal forecasting results. Finally, refrigeration/heating load forecasting software of central air-conditioning system is developed, which is used in energy-saving monitoring and control of central air-conditioning system.

Due to energy reserves reduces gradually and uneven distribution, all countries pay more and more attention to energy saving and improve the effective utilization of energy, China also attaches great important to this. Energy saving of buildings is a necessary development trend. Air conditioning system as a large important part of building energy consumption has a huge energy-saving potential. This article mainly introduced the related strategies of energy saving in central air conditioning water system from the following three points of view: the water treatment, the cooling tower, and the variable frequency pump.

The energy consumption of several central air conditioning systems in summer was researched by the method of exergy analysis. Combined with actual example, the exergy loss of all the equipments and the exergy efficiency of three systems were calculated. The results show that the exergy efficiency of three systems is very low. Relatively speaking, the exergy efficiency of primary return air conditioning system with supplying air in dew point is highest. The equipment of highest exergy loss is air-conditioned room, while the exergy loss of surface air cooler is smallest. Based on this, several improvement measures were proposed to reduce exergy loss and improve exergy efficiency.
