Motuotrichius yangi, new genus, new species is described from Motuo, southeastern Tibet. Motuotrichius seems to have a mixture of characters observed in the genera Epitrichius Tagawa, 1941, Indotrichius Krikken, 2009, Lasiotrichius Reitter, 1899, and Trichius Fabricius, 1775, but is separable from all the known Eurasian genera of Trichiina by the presence of a tooth on the inner side of the mesotibia in both sexes. The habitus, external characters, and male genitalia of Motuotrichius yangi are illustrated. The following new combinations are given: Gnorimotrichius albomaculatus (Moser, 1902), Gnorimotrichius signatus (Chûjô, 1940), Gnorimotrichius trilineatus (Ma, 1992), and Gnorimotrichius tronqueti (Antoine, 2002).

A new genus, Arcuatitibia Luo, Lu & Cai, and one new species, A. kerzhneri Luo, Lu & Cai, are described in the subfamily Reduviinae, based on the materials from Xinjiang, China. The dorsal habitus, male genitalia, and other diagnostic morphological features are illustrated.

Hamadiana chapadensis gen. n. and sp. n. is described based on a single male specimen collected in Central Brazil. The new species belongs to the diving beetle tribe Laccophilini but could not be assigned to any existing genera, therefore a new genus is described to accommodate it. Hamadiana gen. n. is unique among Laccophilini in having the hind margin of the metacoxal process deeply incised and medially slightly protruded backwards. In addition, it differs from other genera of the tribe by having the antennomeres simple, not expanded, the metacoxal lines not straight, and the metatibiae with two simple apical spurs. The habitus, male genitalia, and diagnostic features are illustrated, and a distribution map is provided. A recently published key to Laccophilini is modified to include the new genus.

A new monobasic genus and species of the tribe Agalliini (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Megophthalminae) from Guizhou province of China is described and illustrated. Spinoagallia gen. nov. accommodates S. freytagi sp. nov.. The new species can be distinguished mainly by the unique characters of the male genitalia, combining the macrosetae on the outward and spine-like process curved ventrally on the inward pygofer caudodorsal lobe. A key for identification to new genus based on modifying primal key by Viraktamath (2011) is given. A map showing the geographic distribution of the new species is also provided.

We describe one new genus (Brachinepticula Stonis & Diškus, gen. nov.) with two new species (B. plurilobata Diškus & Stonis, sp. nov., B. elongata Remeikis & Stonis, sp. nov.), and one species with uncertain taxonomic position (Johanssoniella bina Remeikis & Stonis, sp. nov.). We also provide diagnostic characters and an updated annotated catalogue of the following related genera: newly restored Johanssoniella Koçak, Brachinepticula gen. nov., Enteucha Meyrick (s. str.) and Manoneura Davis. In the Annotated Catalogue, we provide five new combinations and new data on morphology, biology, and distribution of some species, including the first photographic documentation of Manoneura basidactyla Davis discovered in the Amazon rainforest, results of re-examination of the male genitalia of the European Johanssonia acetosae (Stt.), also the first documentation of the male genitalia, host plant and leaf mines of the little known Johanssoniella diplocosma (Meyrick) from the Himalayas. All new taxa treated in the paper are illustrated with drawings and (or) photographs of the adults and genitalia; photographs of the leaf mines of Brachinepticula plurilobata Diškus & Stonis, sp. nov. and Johanssoniella diplocosma (Meyrick) are also provided.

The new genus and species Sotolensis keltoni is described in the Eccritotarsini (Miridae: Bryocorinae) from material collected on expeditions to Durango, Mexico, by Leonard A. Kelton from the Canadian National Collection. All specimens collected were found on sotol, or Dasylirion sp. (Asparagaceae: Nolinoidae). Habitus images and images of the female and male genitalia are included, and a discussion of genital structure evolution is discussed.

The tribe Arachnocephalini is divided into three subtribes: [1] Pseudomogoplistina subtrib. nov. with one genus lacking ventrolateral lobes on the tarsi and having a massive Y-shaped sclerite in the male genitalia; [2] Bothromogoplistina subtrib. nov. including two genera with similar tarsi but with a different structure of the male genitalia (lacking a Y-shaped sclerite and having a long and thin virga-like sclerotised rachis inside a membranous invagination of the ventral fold); [3] Arachnocephalina Gorochov, 1984 possibly including all the other genera of this tribe (these genera are with a pair of ventrolateral lobes on the second tarsal segment and/or with the male genitalia more or less similar to those of Bothromogoplistina subtrib. nov.). One new genus with one new species (Bothromogoplistes paraproctalis gen. et sp. nov.) are described from a burrow in the arid territory of South Africa. This cricket is probably related to the genera Cycloptiloides Sjöstedt, 1910 and Eucycloptilum Chopard, 1936, but their males differ from each other in the pronotal length, the presence or absence of wings and tympana, and the shape of the paraprocts and genital plate. One species, Cycloptiloides parvum (Chopard, 1961), comb. nov., is transferred from Eucycloptilum to Cycloptiloides.

A total of 17 species of cladid crinoids are documented from the late Kinderhookian Meadville Shale Member of the Cuyahoga Formation of northeastern Ohio, the most diverse assemblage of Kinderhookian-age cladids known in North America. One new genus, six new species, and seven new combinations are reported. New taxa include Cuyahogacrinus lodiensis new genus and species, and the new species Cyathocrinites simplex, Atelestocrinus meszarosi, Goniocrinus sceletus, Aphelecrinus gracilis, and Lebetocrinus ohioensis. New combinations include Logocrinus warreni (Laudon et al., 1952), Histocrinus aegina (Hall, 1863), Paracosmetocrinus richfieldensis (Worthen, 1882), P. corycia (Hall, 1863), Acylocrinus lyriope (Hall, 1863), Linocrinus merope (Hall, 1863), and L. paternus (Hall, 1863). Remaining taxa include Cyathocrinites lamellosus (White, 1863) and Ascetocrinus whitei (Hall, 1861), both of which also occur in the Osagean Burlington Limestone, and the endemic species Cosmetocrinus crineus (Hall, 1863) and Pachylocrinus subtortuosus (Hall, 1863).Collectively, the cosmopolitan genera and species of cladids show a greater overall affinity with Osagean cladid faunas than with other Kinderhookian cladid faunas. However, this is true for other Kinderhookian cladid faunas as well that individually have more taxa in common with Osagean faunas than other Kinderhookian faunas. This suggests a greater degree of endemism and local speciation during the Kinderhookian as a prelude to the rapid radiation of cladids, and other crinoids, during the Osagean.

A new microleafhopper genus, Barbaropus gen. nov., is described based on a new species, Barbaropus flatus sp. nov. from Ecuador. Male habitus photos and illustrations of male genitalia are provided and differences between the new genus and closely related Neotropical genera are discussed. The relationship and the status of this new genus within the tribe are also discussed.

A new genus and species of troglobitic Opiliones, Sinonychia martensi gen. n. & sp. n., is described and illustrated. This is the first report of the superfamily Travunioidea Absolon & Kratochvíl, 1932 from China. The new species is assigned to Cladonychiidae Hadži, 1935 on the basis of morphology of midgut and male genitalia, and can be easily distinguished from related genera by several characters.

The Australian genus of Eurybrachidae Stål, 1862 (Hemiptera, Fulgoromorpha) Olonia Stål, 1862 is redescribed and reviewed. Seven new species are described: O. bourgoini sp. nov. (N Queensland, Chillagoe), O. danielsi sp. nov. (N Queensland, Cape York Peninsula), O. guillaumei sp. nov. (N Queensland), O. hochae sp. nov. (N Queensland, Undara), O. monteithi sp. nov. (Queensland), O. rylandae sp. nov. (N Queensland, Chillagoe) and O. soulierae sp. nov. (Queensland). Platybrachys nobilis (Stål, 1863) is transferred to Olonia and the new combination Olonia nobilis (Stål, 1863) comb. nov., is proposed. Olonia ornata Lallemand, 1928 and O. apicalis (Walker, 1851) are removed from Olonia and transferred to Platybrachys Stål, 1859 and Maeniana Metcalf, 1952, respectively. Hence, the new combinations Platybrachys ornata (Lallemand, 1928) comb. nov. and Maeniana apicalis (Walker, 1851) comb. nov. are proposed. The new genus Stalobrachys gen. nov. is described to accommodate Olonia alboapicata Jacobi, 1928 and the new combination S. alboapicata (Jacobi, 1928) gen. et comb. nov. is proposed. The male genitalia are illustrated and photographs of habitus, a distribution map, biological data and an identification key are provided. The genus Olonia currently contains twelve species and the genus Stalobrachys gen. nov. has one species.
