Research on reverse system based on bluetooth was carried out in order to overcome the dependence on CMM and to cut down a large amount of auxiliary time. The system applied the bluetooth technology in the reverse engineering for the first time. Not only the dependence on CMM in reverse engineering was solved, but also was the error term decreased. The reverse precision was up to 0.001mm. Machining and Measuring on the same machine tool cut down the operation cost, reduced operator, improved process control, decreased auxiliary time of offline measuring, increase utilization ration and saved resources and cost
