Abstract Describes graded bedding and current marks in microbrecciated limestones that are free of any terrigenous material. These microbreccias have been deposited on the flanks of geosynclines. It is thus shown that the existence of turbidity currents is independent of the nature of the material transported, as should be expected. From a stratigraphic point of view, the interpretation of these microbreccias requires great caution. They are monogenic, rather than polygenic. Examples are cited from the Senonian (Cretaceous) limestones of the Ionian trough (Greece).

The increasing brutalisation of society results in Polish police officers becoming increasingly exposed to threats to their lives and health. In 2016, 311 assaults on police officers took place. A secure police officer equals a secure state and its citizens. This is why it is so important for Polish police forces to be in possession of proper means of physical coercion which ensure their safety while on duty. The Act on means of physical coercion and firearms of 5 June 2013 specifies the range of the means of physical coercion permissible for use by police officers. However, the most important of these are individual means with which a police officer is equipped. Research conducted among Polish police officers demonstrates which individual means of physical coercion available to them are used most frequently for the purpose of ensuring safety on duty. Undoubtedly, the key measure is the object designated by the said law to incapacitate people using electricity, colloquially referred to as an electric stun gun, a stunner or a taser. This measure of direct coercion, present in the equipment of the Polish Police since 2007, is gaining in importance, as evidenced by the conducted research and the data on the use of electric stunner by police officers.

The ultimate aim of introducing this paper is to control or prevent the crime against them. We propose a stun gun technology-based women safety dress with GPS. This method consists of a system that provides physical security in the case when the women are harassed or whether she is in trouble. In this paper, we proposed an ATMEGA controller and an android application in which both the device and mobile phone are synchronized using the ESP module. This paper will prove to be very useful in saving lives as well as preventing atrocities against women. This system uses a panic key, a boost converter and a GPS module which provides the location of a woman who is in trouble and the stun gun technology which will provide physical protection to the women. If the panic key is pressed, it turns on the system by sending an alert message to the woman’s relatives via android application. The kit is also be accessed by the parents or relatives via the IoT module. At the instance, whenever the panic key is pressed, it provides the high voltage shock pulse to a stranger via the boost converter.

The development of brand functions which was originally only as a distinguishing element to be more of a reputation, to be the brand that is usually represented by the image, logos, etc., resulting in a brand being one of the triggers for a dispute. Therefore, a number of regulations that provide protection for marks have been issued in Indonesia started with the Trademark Law of 1885 published by the Dutch Colonial Government until Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Current Marks and Geographical Indications. But, trademark disputes still occur. This juridical normative research with a legal approach aims to know and analyze the legal politics of trademark registration regulations in Indonesia. The result is that there are weaknesses in the existing regulations regarding trademark registration, both substantial and procedural. Therefore, they need to be clearer and more concrete regulations in regulating trademark registration in Indonesia so that trademark disputes can be minimized.
