This article is considered used and newly developed rodent control devices, taking into account operating experience with patented structures, and analyzes the options for their use to control the pests. The analysis of the currently used methods for protection showed that there is a need not only to use devices for scaring and destruction, but also to design a device for research is required taking electrophysical methods for consideration. As a result, a model of an electrocontact grid has been proposed that plays the role of a stun gun to scare off rodents. India is a country which is having more youth man power. If we want our country to be a developed one we need to utilize both man and women resource also [2]. In order to achieve this both men and women should be treated equally without any gender discriminations. In order to achieve this we need to provide security for women who is working in late nights and travelling alone for home in order to prevent them from rapes and molestations. If any kind of molestations and rapes happen means it will going to be international news. Because of this entire government and whole country will put into shame. As women’s are going out for work and there are coming to home lately security for them from rapes and molestation plays a vital role in this security. We have to design a device to prevent this for some amount of time so that she can at least escape from that critical life threatening situation because always no one can able to monitor or can stay with her [2]. In order to achieve this we are designing a device that will going to use stun gun to generate small amount of electric shock so that it can make any person to be unconscious for some amount of time as well with the help of this device when she press stun gun it will going to trigger the Arduino [7] so that with the help of GSM [9] and GPS module [8] present in the device we can share the current location of the women in danger an alert message to the predefined users so that we can help the women in no time.

The ultimate aim of introducing this paper is to control or prevent the crime against them. We propose a stun gun technology-based women safety dress with GPS. This method consists of a system that provides physical security in the case when the women are harassed or whether she is in trouble. In this paper, we proposed an ATMEGA controller and an android application in which both the device and mobile phone are synchronized using the ESP module. This paper will prove to be very useful in saving lives as well as preventing atrocities against women. This system uses a panic key, a boost converter and a GPS module which provides the location of a woman who is in trouble and the stun gun technology which will provide physical protection to the women. If the panic key is pressed, it turns on the system by sending an alert message to the woman’s relatives via android application. The kit is also be accessed by the parents or relatives via the IoT module. At the instance, whenever the panic key is pressed, it provides the high voltage shock pulse to a stranger via the boost converter.

The increasing brutalisation of society results in Polish police officers becoming increasingly exposed to threats to their lives and health. In 2016, 311 assaults on police officers took place. A secure police officer equals a secure state and its citizens. This is why it is so important for Polish police forces to be in possession of proper means of physical coercion which ensure their safety while on duty. The Act on means of physical coercion and firearms of 5 June 2013 specifies the range of the means of physical coercion permissible for use by police officers. However, the most important of these are individual means with which a police officer is equipped. Research conducted among Polish police officers demonstrates which individual means of physical coercion available to them are used most frequently for the purpose of ensuring safety on duty. Undoubtedly, the key measure is the object designated by the said law to incapacitate people using electricity, colloquially referred to as an electric stun gun, a stunner or a taser. This measure of direct coercion, present in the equipment of the Polish Police since 2007, is gaining in importance, as evidenced by the conducted research and the data on the use of electric stunner by police officers.

Sound is one of the most important medium used for delivering information. With rising crime in today’s society, especially against women, carrying some sort of effective weapon for self-defense purposes has become quite essential. This technology emits sound in a highly controlled, narrow beam, so that audio can be heard only when you are in the field of beam or in a position to hear the reflected sound from a virtual source .Sound wave in the audible range has a characteristic to spread in various directions while moving, but ultrasound is unidirectional. This characteristic of sound finds applications at a lot of different areas. Parametric loudspeakers can be used in the advertisement industry where audio is considered as a key influence but is abstained from use because the sound being multi-directional spreads and bothers even the people not in target.  Usually, in case of a riot, smoke grenades and tear gases are used to control the rioters, which on addition on controlling the target also affect the innocents. This study highlights on using an ultrasonic weapon rather than weapons like hand gun, which can be unsafe and might also initiate legal intrusion.Nowadays MEMS ultrasonic transducers have been put to use which has got very portable design outlet .The study uses the application of ultrasonic beams and sound focusing to build a portable women safety device similar to that of a stun gun.

The Taser (full name: Thomas A. Swift’s Electric Rifle) is an electric stun gun, manufactured by Taser International. Its operational range varies from 4.60 metres to 10.6 metres1 thanks to wire electrodes that remain connected to the main device. The electrodes penetrate the skin and soft tissues of the person who is the target for temporary immobilisation. The high voltage generated at low intensity causes severe pain and disruption of the nervous system, resulting in temporary total paralysis. The Taser is a device of direct coercion, whose use is permissible for widespread application in cases where conservative methods of controlling dangerous situations have been exhausted. The natural question that arises is the impact and influence of the electrically active electrodes fired on the surrounding tissues. The aim of the study was a histopathological evaluation and comparison of the effects of the cartridges from the Taser X2 and Taser X26 in terms of the local reaction on a portion of the skin and subcutaneous tissue of domestic pigs fresh from a slaughterhouse. Fragments of the tissue were subjected to histological treatment and analysed using an optical microscope. There were changes in the microscopic image indicating mechanical damage to the epidermis and subcutaneous layers of the dermis due to the use of the devices researched.
