Objective: Olmesartan-induced enteropathy consists a syndrome that mimics celiac disease both clinically and histologically. Cases of this entity have sporadically been reported since 2012 and are usually characterized by severe diarrhea and malabsorption, followed by significant weight loss. Case Report: Herein, we report an uncommon case of this syndrome, where weight loss preceded several months the onset of gastrointestinal symptoms. Discussion and Conclusion: Physicians should be aware of unexplained weight loss in patients taking olmesartan, as prompt discontinuation of the drug may prevent the deleterious consequences of malabsorption.

Cutaneous Metastasis refers to a growth of neoplastic cells in the skin originating from an internal malignancy. Morphologically the metastasis could take multiple morphologies. We report a case of cutaneous metastasis in a female of age 34years. She initially presented with a 2 years history of progressive appearance of multiple asymptomatic clusters of monomorphic papulonodular lesions widespread on her trunk, lower limbs and genitalia later developed dyspnoea and weight loss. Chest CT showed moderate pleural effusion and multiple lymphadenopathies and right sided lung mass/consolidation. Histopathological evidences of cutaneous biopsy revealed cutaneous Metastasis consistent with the lung primary.

Bradyarrhythmia as a result of significant weight loss post-bariatric surgery is slowly gaining recognition in few case reports and even fewer studies. However, awareness of its diagnosis and management amongst physicians remains modest. We report a case of asymptomatic sinus bradycardia in a 41-year-old woman who shed 19.5 kg/m2 in 4 months following bariatric surgery. The pathophysiology, diagnostics and management of post-bariatric surgery sinus bradycardia is briefly discussed.
