Research background: Today’s dynamic times in era of globalization bring change to all areas of business; there is increasing pressure to increase the competitiveness of companies and thus increase the requirements for management. Despite current trends, emancipation and globalization, the issue of gender equality and gender policy is still relevant and needs to be addressed. New management disciplines include diversity management. It focuses on the different social and cultural identities of employees and also on eliminating discrimination and inequality in the organization. Diversity management has later developed into a relatively separate discipline - gender relations management. Label recognition of the organization as “gender-integrated” means that organizational culture and processes are based on the recognition and promotion of gender equality. Gender equality is associated with the concept of equal opportunities at work and actual legislation in the field of labour protection. Methods: The method of analysis, synthesis, deduction, interview and questionnaire was used in the research. A survey was performed in 2019 on the examle of case study in big sized company in the field of machinery industry. Findings & Value added: Adherence to gender equality policy can be a competitive advantage for the entrepreneur.

AbstractAs collaborative governance processes continue to grow in popularity, practitioners and policy scholars alike can benefit from the development of methods to better analyse and evaluate them. This article develops one such method by demonstrating how collaborative governance theory can be integrated with the Advocacy Coalition Framework (ACF) to better explain coalition dynamics, policy-oriented learning and policy change in collaborative contexts. I offer three theoretical propositions that suggest alternate relationships among ACF variables under collaborative governance arrangements and illustrate these propositions using interview data from an original case study of a collaborative governance process in Colorado, USA. The integration of collaborative governance theory with the ACF improves its application in collaborative contexts and provides new theoretical insights into the study and practice of collaborative governance.

A report from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in 2016 says that Indonesia is still struggling to close its gender equality gap. However, looking at the development of internet usage and the penetration of social media in Indonesia, it can be said that Indonesia has the opportunity to utilize social media to address various gender issues. This article uses a case study to explore and analyze the way “Aliansi Laki-Laki Baru” (ALLB) or “New Men’s Alliance”, a form of activism which emphasizes the importance of men's involvement in fighting for gender equality, utilizes social media to promote their ideas. As a social movement, ALLB consistently use social media to reach their audiences, engage their partners, and creating a sense of community. They focus in promoting mutual relationships between men and women and the importance of men’s involvement to support gender equality. The study on men’s involvement in promoting the agenda of feminism and gender issues is critical, yet there are still few studies in the context of Indonesia. This study shows that through ALLB, advocacy on gender issues has undergone a fundamental change that does not make women as the main focus but rather on men, and their role to fight for gender equality and justice for women.
