This article presents the scientific results of improving the reliability and manufacturability of on-board radio telemetry equipment. We considered 3 variants of the solution of the task and choose the most promising - the replacement of radio elements with secondary power sources. This method demonstrates the highest characteristics compared to similar methods. The above calculation clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The paper describes the problem of electromagnetic compatibility for electrostatic discharge (ESD), which is most actual for ships where all systems are highly automated and susceptible to ESD digital technology. The results of electromagnetic compatibility tests of ship systems after their installation on the vessel allow to conclude that it is not enough to fulfill only the existing ESD immunity requirements of the Russian Maritime register of shipping which are currently confirmed by ESD tests in the laboratory. ESD methods and reasons have been analyzed. The possible accumulated potentials and parameters of currents, voltages and field strengths during discharge are presented. The existing ESD immunity standards are being considered. The scheme of the developed and certified generator of electrostatic discharges ESD – 25000 is presented. The most frequent defects under the influence of ESD are given. There have been formulated the equivalent schemes of the electric equipment housing at different lengths of grounding of the housing and the methods of connecting the cover with the housing. The results of measurements of electric field and magnetic field parameters are presented. The results of modeling and experiments are compared. The developed sensors, methods of their calibration and obtained technical characteristics are being tested. There are given the parameters and forms of ESD voltage and current, experimental data of ESD secondary effects in the EE hull and adjacent equipment, results of discharges in the ship's cable, interference in the supply network through secondary power sources. The most effective design and ESD protection methods have been analyzed

The article suggests an innovative way of creating a secondary power supply source-parametric stabilizer on the basis of magnetic semiconductor and electro-ferro-magnetic circuits with practically ideal current stabilization. In contrast to the existing methods of creating parametric stabilizers, the proposed method uses a combination of magnetic semiconductor converter and ferro-resonance-stabilizing device. This combination allows you to create a controlled parametric current stabilizer, characterized by high stability, speed and reliability in operation. Also, as a result of the analysis of the parametric current stabilizer, new analytical expressions have been obtained, allowing revealing simple and accurate methods of calculation of such devices.

After a long period of scarce resources and a long delay in new scientific results suffered as a consequence of recent Spanish history, research concerning groups has experienced a rapid development over the last 15 years of the 20th century—the result of the late but then clear institutionalization of psychology into university structure. Although most research has been carried out at the very heart of social psychology and along the traditional lines of the field, a significant growth in the study of groups and work teams in organizational contexts can now be highlighted, coinciding with the tendency detected internationally during the last years. Beyond the normalization of group research in Spain, it is necessary to point out its excessive dependency in both theory and methodology on models and tools elaborated throughout North America and Europe. The present review closes with the proposal of creating a European formative curriculum for group psychologists in order to unify and promote research within this active and important field of psychology.
