The study of emergent, bottom-up, processes has long been of interest within organizational and group research. Emergent processes refer to how dynamic interactions among lower-level units (e.g. individuals) over time form a new, shared, construct or phenomena at a higher level (e.g. work group). To properly study emergence of shared constructs one needs models, and data, that both take into account variability across individuals and groups (multilevel), and variability over time (longitudinal). This article makes three contribution to the modelling and theory of of consensus emergence. First, we formulate two separate patterns of consensus emergence; homogeneous and heterogeneous. Homogeneous consensus emergence is characterized by gradual and almost deterministic adjustments of the individual trajectories, whereas heterogeneous consensus emergence show more randomly oscillating trajectories towards consensus. Second, we introduce a model-invariant statistic that measures the strength of the consensus; and allows for comparisons between different models and patterns of consensus emergence. Third, we show how Gaussian Processes can be used to further extend the consensus emergence models, allowing them to capture nonlinear dynamics, on both individual and group level, in emergent processes. Using an established data set, we show that conclusions on the pattern of consensus emergence can change depending on whether the nonlinear group mean change over time is adequately modelled or not. Thus it is crucial to correctly capture the group dynamics to properly understand the consensus emergence.

Background: The nursing care documentation technique that applied at Arosuka Hospital was narrative recording technique. Based on documentation evaluation of nursing care, nursing documentation at Arosuka Hospital was still not equal to documentation of nursing care. Methods: This research intends to analyze the effect of checklist documenting model to the documentation of nursing care in Arosuka Hospital. This research had been conducted since January to June 2017 and the data were collected from May to June 2017. The method of this research was quasi-experiment, pre-test and post-test group research. There were forty-five nurses taken as the samples with total sampling techniques applied. The instruments that used in this research were the forms of checklist documenting model and nursing care evaluation sheet. Result: The result of the research has shown that there is difference of the completeness of nursing care documentation before and after using the checklist model documenting format. The average number of nursing care documentation is higher with the checklist model compared to narrative model mean (40,533). This checklist documenting model is recommended to be applied in Arosuka Distric Hospital to improve the completeness of nursing care documentation in Arosuka Distric Hospital. Keywords:Checklist model, documentation, nursing care.

Abstract: This paper proposes a model (HAPP) for learning and finding human action designs for Smart home applications based on huge amounts of data from smart homes. The proposed methodology quantifies and breaks down vitality use variations initiated by renters' behaviour using visit design mining, group research, and expectation. The HAPP System addresses the legal obligation to deconstruct energy consumption patterns at the machine level, which is directly linked to the actions of human. In the quantum/information cut of 24th, the information from shrewd meter is recursively mined, and the results are stored up throughout progressive mining works out. The HAPP System specifies the conditions for analysing the project that we use Keywords: Smart home, Data Mining, classifications, Human activity recognition

Scientific and academic researches and studies trying to present a multi-range of techniques and methods focusing on groundwater pollution, potentials, assessment, and prediction, Groundwater is the most important resource of fresh water now and many researchers trying to cover all about this resource to get sustainable development. This review aims to create an overview of groundwater analysis and forecasting methods. The study is based on the need to select and group research papers into best-defined methodological categories. The article gives an overview of recent advancements in groundwater potential zone analysis approaches, as well as ongoing research objectives based on that overview. This review has overviewed papers and researches been published last decade 2010 -2020 have been done depending on the data sources from the global online database, which could obtain many papers and research studying the groundwater potential zones and other aspects related to groundwater.  The aim of reviewing multiple types of research and papers on determining groundwater potential zones by applying the best techniques and selecting the most suitable factors that affect groundwater potential zones.

In this article, the authors examine and analyze the memories of eyewitnesses of the Tashkent earthquake of April 26, 1966 and its details, consequences and situation using the method of "oral history" from a sociological point of view.  This topic, which is one of the few studies conducted in Uzbekistan on the basis of the "oral history" method, focuses on the development and transformation of modern urban planning in the country.  In the process of writing the article, the results of observation, document analysis, in-depth interviews and focus group research were also addressed.

Abstract Many studies show that cultural perspective is an important factor in caring for elderly tribal adults. To understand the level of attention that the Cultural Health Station of Indigenous People attaches to culture during its operation, this study selected Taitung County as the region of study. A qualitative focus group research method and quantitative questionnaire, we try to understand “What are the demands of elderly tribal adults?” “Do services provided by the Tribal Cultural Health Station satisfy the demands of elderly tribal adults?” and “What are the gaps between the service demands and provided to elderly tribal adults?” The results showed that service providers believe that culture is markedly important to elderly tribal adults, that culture-based care designs offered by the Tribal Cultural Health Station is currently insufficient, and that to enhance the capacity of the multiethnic Tribal Cultural Health Station, the cognition and understanding of policy makers and enforcers must be elevated.

This study utilized focus group research to understand the experiences of students in a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) at a large, public university. Students participating in the focus group reflected on and discussed the strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats of the program. The participants stated that faculty support, hands-on learning, and opportunities to participate in clubs were strengths of the program. Students would like more opportunity to do research with faculty. They also indicated that there are program weaknesses such as access to common space, limits in course availability, roadblocks in curriculum, and limited access to necessary tools. Program opportunities, such as the upcoming accreditation visit, will express the student’s concerns and therefore focus administration’s attention on much needed financial support for the program. Although not a specific threat, changes in the credentialing for Registered Dietitian Nutritionists were also discussed by the students. Data were collected in preparation for an accreditation visit. However, the results can be used to advise department and university administrators about what items make students successful in their programs.

Abstract This paper examines the transnational exchanges associated with the emergence of racial blood group studies in Greece. It explores the overlap between anthropological and medical perspectives as well as the concurrences and tensions between national and transnational concerns. By following the work of the main Greek physical anthropologist of the interwar period, the paper asks how politics interpenetrates into this case study in a scientifically consequential way and conversely how innovation in research allows anthropologists to intervene with politically timely questions. It showcases how wartime mobilities generated anthropological data that weaved and strengthened the fabric of the Greek national narrative.

Cigarettes have long been recognized as a risk factor for various health problems, and are the world's largest preventable cause of death1. Teenagers are more easily influenced especially by social groups to do negative things, such as smoking2. Currently the trend to start smoking is increasing among teenagers. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of health promotion presented in the form of audio-visual and interactive dialogue on interest in quitting smoking in teens in Palembang. This research is an analytic study through a quasi-experimental approach with a pretest-posttest two group research design without control group. The research sample consisted of 206 teenage smokers, divided into 2 groups, namely 103 teenage in the video group and 103 teenage in the interactive dialogue group. This study uses paired t-test, Wilcoxon, and Mann Whitney test. This study reveals that health promotion through video media and interactive dialogue is effective to elevate the knowledge and interest in smoking cessation among teenagers (p = 0.000 α = 0.05). The mean value of knowledge and interest in the interactive dialogue group is higher than in the video group. However, there was no difference concerning effectiveness of health promotion through interactive dialogue and videos on the knowledge and interest in quitting smoking among teenagers. (p = 0.21 α = 0.05).
