The article analyzes the operation of the most commonly used dryers for drying sunflowers and other agricultural cereals. Based on the study of drying technology and methods, the advantages and disadvantages of dryers have been analyzed, the results of comparisons of their technical indicators have been presented in tabular form. In the form of a diagram, an analysis of foreign and domestic patent data obtained over the past 10 years for the considered drying devices was presented. The choice of the most suitable installation was carried out on the basis of the compiled analytical table. In order to improve the quality, intensity, efficiency of drying and reduce the cost of the process, recommendations have been developed for a new installation that takes into account the disadvantages of the selected dryer.

In this research, we developed appropriate algorithms for the formation of the optimal structural composition of production - technological modules (PTM) based on the automation of the processes of determining and ensuring the functional-parametric compatibility (FPC) of their components. These algorithms are based on the developed mathematical models on the basis of the use of analytical methods for implementing the interconnection between the main components of the PTM.

Waste water is generated in almost all industrial enterprises and is contaminated with various organic and inorganic impurities and some heavy metals to varying degrees. The aim of this study is to study the effect of polyhydric alcohols on the current efficiency in the electrochemical method of purification of industrial wastewater contaminated with various heavy metals, in particular chromate ions. The current efficiency of chromium does not exceed 18% during the electrolysis of wastewate, during the process in the presence of xylitol in an amount of 0,16%, the current efficiency increased by 21,9%, in the presence of glycerin in an amount of 0,18%, the current efficiency increased by 23,1%, in the presence of ethylene glycol in the amount of 0,20%, the current efficiency increased by 24,2%

The scientific paper investigates the methods for solving problems of synthesis of physical principles of operation of mechatronic modules of intelligent robotic systems are considered. In addition, it deals with the specifics of the process of synthesis of the physical principles of the operation ofmechatronic modules using predicate models, list models and information matrices of physical and technical effects. It shows the interpretation of the components of the model of the system for the synthesis of the physical principles of operation of mechatronic modules of intelligent robotic systems and automatic control and the features of the synthesis algorithm for the physical principles of operation of mechatronic modules of intelligent robotic systems based on list models of physical and technical effects are considered.

This article is devoted to the use of ammonium sulfate in the production of nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers, which are widely used in agriculture today. In the research work, the possibilities of obtaining azo superphosphate are described in detail by the use of intensive technology based on low-grade phospharites of the Central KyzylKum. X-ray and IRspectroscopic analyzes of a new type of NP-complex fertilizers obtained using a solution of ammonium sulfate in sulfuric acid are described in detail. The X-ray analysis of the obtained sample on the X-ray diffraction pattern of the azo-superphosphate fertilizer revealed the appearance of peaks in the interplanar spacing line (NH4)2SO4 of ammonium sulfate and NH4Н2РO4 of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. It has been substantiated that in addition to the main nutrient components dicalcium phosphate and monocalcium phosphates, the sample also contains (NH4)2SO4 and NH4Н2РO4. The results of IR spectroscopic analyzes show that the process of decomposition of the CO3 2-ion in the composition of phosphorites, peaks with high intensity formed by stretching vibrations, in the regions of 873.75 and 1417.68 cm-1, were not detected in the IR spectra of the obtained sample and this proves that that the complete decomposition process is complete. Also, the formation of stretching vibrations of the H2PO4-ion - 1215.15 cm-1, the PO4 3-ion - 532.35 cm-1 and bending vibrations of the H2PO4 -ion - 1033.85 cm-1 in the IR spectrum of the sample in this NH4Н2РO4 sample and the formation of stretching vibrations of SO4 2-ion 1436.97 cm-1 confirmed the presence of (NH4)2SO4.

In this research paper, analytical equations of the transient characteristics of a new remote transformer current converter without a compensating capacitor have been obtained when a stepwise, linearly increasing, sinusoidal and sinusoidal with a damped amplitude of effects was applied to their input. It has been shown that the developed current converter can be represented in the structural schemes of monitoring and control systems in the form of a series-connected real ifferentiating link without statism and inertial (aperiodic) link of the first order, and in the case of neglecting active losses in the magnetic circuit and when the converter is operating in idle mode, i.e in the form of ideal differentiating link.It has been established that the transient response of the developed current transducer has an aperiodic character when a surge primary current is fed to its input, and with a relatively very large value of the time constant of the secondary circuit compared to the time constant of the magnetic circuit, transient response approaches transient response of a real differentiating link.

The security monitoring system (SMS) receives information from the means of protection, detecting attacks, systems for monitoring the functioning of information communication systems (ICS) and performs adaptive security management of ICS, providing a flexible response of the security system to the actions of the intruder. In this case, the result of the functioning of the SMB are recommendations for modifying the ICS security system, in accordance with the specified restrictions, in order to minimize the possible damage from the implementation of threats. A complex of security systems is used in modern ICS. Typically, different systems are not linked and are purchased from different manufacturers. Even when using protection systems from one manufacturer, it is quite difficult to understand the events taking place in the ICS. When assessing the effectiveness of SMB, methods of expert assessments are used, i.e. methods of organizing work with specialist experts and processing expert opinions expressed in quantitative and / or qualitative form in order to prepare information for the formation of internal characteristics of the ICS SMB. Based on the analysis of existing approaches to assessing the effectiveness of SMB in the work for conducting research on the parameters of SMB in the ICS, a method is proposed that allows to evaluate the efficiency of SMB functioning.

In this article, the main object of research is the creation of appropriate microclimatic conditions to ensure reliable and high-quality storage of archival documents, as well as automatic control of the optimal values of the main parameters of the external and internal environment that directly affect the quality of storage. To control the microclimate, three categories of models for automatic control of these parameters are considered separately in the archives: the “white box”, “black box” and “gray box " models. The results of the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the considered models are presented. The generalized structure of the microclimate management system is also given, as well as a list of controlled and changeable parameters of the microclimate management system of archives. It is proposed to use the fuzzy logic apparatus to create microclimate control systems in archival repositories, which allows synthesizing stable algorithms for its functioning in conditions of uncertainty. The specific steps that need to be performed when designing and using fuzzy inference systems and which are implemented based on the rules of fuzzy logic are listed. When designing and using fuzzy inference systems, it is necessary to observe certain stages that are implemented based on the rules of fuzzy logic. A generalized algorithm for forming a rule base with a technique for implementing the fuzzy inference procedure is presented. The tasks that need to be solved when designing a fuzzy control system are indicated. A system of automatic temperature control in archival repositories with a fuzzy logic controller is presented.
