The research aimed to analyze the effect of leader-member exchange, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The respondents were nursing staff at a hospital in Indonesia. The sample was 169 respondents, taken using a purposive sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was applied as the data analysis techniques with the application AMOS 22.0. Based on the results, the research finds that first, leader-member exchange and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and OCB. Second, job satisfaction affects OCB positively and significantly. Third, job satisfaction mediates the influence of leader-member exchange on OCB significantly. Fourth, job satisfaction also mediates the effect of work-life balance on OCB significantly. In conclusion, fostering OCB in hospitals is very important to produce better health service performance. The research shows that by increasing leader-member exchange, worklife balance, and job satisfaction, it can improve OCB. Overall, the research presents a significant contribution to the development of research in the field of human resource management and organizational behavior in the health sector in Indonesia.

Purpose The goal of this study is to investigate that how Employee Well-Being and Work-Life Balance affected Job Satisfaction in healthcare centers with the moderating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research was carried out in a quantitative approach. The healthcare centers of Multan region were chosen at random. Using a convenient sampling strategy, a questionnaire was created to collect data from different healthcare centers situated in Multan region. The Cronbach’s Alpha and Discriminant Validity were used to assess the questionnaire's reliability in the pilot phase. Descriptive and inferential statistical techniques (using Smart PLS) were used to assess quantitative data. Findings: Employee Well-being and Job satisfaction have a positive relationship, whereas Work-Life Balance and Job satisfaction have a negative relationship, according to the results of this study. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) moderates Employee Well-being and Work Life Balance to Job satisfaction. Employee Well-Being is one of the major strengths for employee productivity, according to the findings of this research. When professionals practice Organizational Citizenship Behavior, employees' job satisfaction begins to rise in healthcare centers. Implications/Originality/Value: This study was a complete report on Multan's healthcare centers that will be highly beneficial and instructive for policymakers and administration staff of healthcare centers for employee’s development, and for researchers in the Multan region to alter programs and policies according to the requirement for achieving goals


The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work enjoyment and work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator in property companies. This study designed an organizational citizenship behavior model, hence Model testing consists of the Outer and Inner models with the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 program. Data collection methods in the study used the scale of organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, work enjoyment, and work-life balance. Research subjects were 104 employees at property companies. The analysis showed that the organizational citizenship behavior model that was designed was fit based on a GoF value of 0.78, then it was found that there was no effect of work enjoyment on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediator; there is an effect of work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediator; there is an influence of work enjoyment on organizational citizenship behavior; there is an effect of work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior; there is an influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; there is no effect of work enjoyment on job satisfaction; and there is an effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.
