For many organizations, keeping data private and secure has also become a compliance requirement. Cloud providers offering Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offer a “shared responsibility” model for customer applications and data, so companies that are migrating to the cloud are responsible for finding a solution. This research paper proposes a system, which combines encryption with key management to protect critical data in public, private and hybrid cloud environments.

This demo will show the important thing capabilities of a Platform as-a-provider (PaaS) we've proposed in a research paper widely wide-spread for presentation at IEEE LANMAN 2016 conference. The proposed PaaS allows IoT packages provisioning in hybrid cloud/fog environments. Two desires are assigned to the demo. On the one hand, we will highlight how IoT programs may be provisioned in such environments. However, we will display concretely the benefits those hybrid environments have over conventional cloud environments. The provisioning in these hybrid environments permits latency discount and processing performance enhancement. Certainly, a good way to lessen latency, the programs can have a number of its additives strolling in cloud and interacting with the other additives going for walks within the fog, toward IoT devices.

Cloud computing, one form of information technologies are widely used in the field of computer networks or the Internet. Cloud computing consists of computer hardware, computer networking devices, and computer software, the cloud computing there are three services provided include (SaaS) Software as a Service (PaaS) Platform as a Service, and (IaaS) Infrastructure as a Service. Application cloud computing services in the wake of this system is a service-based data storage infrastructure as a service by using android smartphone as a storage medium, which utilizes FTP Server which is already available on the smartphone. This certainly supports the easy storage of data that utilize various types of internal and external storage on smartphones that serves as a storage server. In addition to the functions of storage available, this service can accommodate streaming function .mp3 file type. Implementation result of the system can be implemented on a local network using a wireless LAN. In addition, the results of user testing using Likert method shows the application can run and function properly

Utility itemset mining, which finds the item sets based on utility factors, has established itself as an essential form of data mining. The utility is defined in terms of quantity and some interest factor. Various methods have been developed so far by the researchers to mine these itemsets but most of them are not scalable. In the present times, a scalable approach is required that can fulfill the budding needs of data mining. A Spark based novel technique has been recommended in this research paper for mining the data in a distributed way, called as Absolute High Utility Itemset Mining (AHUIM). The technique is suitable for small as well as large datasets. The performance of the technique is being measured for various parameters such as speed, scalability, and accuracy etc.

Abstract Platform as a service model has certain obstacles, including data lock-in. It is expensive and time-consuming to move data to the alternative providers. This paper presents data storage options in platform as a service offers and identifies the most common data portability problems between various commercial providers of platform as a service. There are differences among their storage models, data types, remote APIs for data manipulation and query languages. Representing data models of platform as a service and data mappings by means of ontology can provide a common layer to achieve data portability among different cloud providers.

Cloud computing refers to a model for accessing computing resource like networks, servers, storage, applications, and services remotely. Cloud computing offers these resources as a service, namely infrastructure-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service, and software-as-a-service. To use these services, two roles involved: the cloud provider offers the service and the cloud customer consumes the service. These resources are efficiently shared and utilized by customers and it is called workload. The requirement of workload depends on customer demands that vary from higher to lower. Based on the customer demand, cloud provider makes the resource available efficiently. In the context of cloud, the workload is based on web-based service or jobs processed in batch mode. The arrival process of jobs in the cloud is not often deterministic. The irregular increase or decrease in workload has a vital impact on resource provision. Monitoring the resources helps in measuring the performance of the cloud so that the resource can be provisioned to customers efficiently.

Cloud computing provides resources using multitenant architecture where infrastructure is created from one or more distributed datacenters. Scheduling of applications in cloud infrastructures is one of the main research area in cloud computing. Researchers have developed many scheduling algorithms and evaluated them using simulators such as CloudSim. Their performance needs to be validated in real-time cloud environments to improve their usefulness. Aneka is one of the prominent PaaS software which allows users to develop cloud application using various programming models and underline infrastructure. This chapter presents a scheduling API developed for the Aneka software platform. Users can develop their own scheduling algorithms using this API and integrate it with Aneka to test their scheduling algorithms in real cloud environments. The proposed API provides all the required functionalities to integrate and schedule private, public, or hybrid cloud with the Aneka software.

Mobile cloud computing is the emerging field. Along-with different services being provided by the cloud like Platform as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, Software as a Service; Game as a Service is new terminology for the cloud services. In this paper, we generally discussed the concept of mobile cloud gaming, the companies that provide the services as GaaS, the generic architecture, and the research work that has been done in this field. Furthermore, we highlighted the research areas in this field.
