Networking is the use of physical links to connect individual isolated workstations or hosts together to form data links for the purpose of resource sharing and communication. In the field of web service application and consumer environment optimization, it has been shown that the introduction of network embedding methods can effectively alleviate the problems such as data sparsity in the recommendation process. However, existing network embedding methods mostly target a specific structure of network and do not collaborate with multiple relational networks from the root. Therefore, this paper proposes a service recommendation model based on the hybrid embedding of multiple networks and designs a multinetwork hybrid embedding recommendation algorithm. First, the user social relationship network and the user service heterogeneous information network are constructed; then, the embedding vectors of users and services in the same vector space are obtained through multinetwork hybrid embedding learning; finally, the representation vectors of users and services are applied to recommend services to target users. To verify the effectiveness of this paper’s method, a comparative analysis is conducted with a variety of representative service recommendation methods on three publicly available datasets, and the experimental results demonstrate that this paper’s multinetwork hybrid embedding method can effectively collaborate with multirelationship networks to improve service recommendation quality, in terms of recommendation efficiency and accuracy.

Data technology has become the main means for activities in various sectors of life, one of which is location-based services for SMA/SMK schools in the Bangka Belitung area. By using a location-based service application, it is expected to be able to overcome the problem of finding the position of SMA/SMK in the Bangka Belitung area. In this study, we would like to discuss the search for SMA/SMK positions. Through the push, Location-Based Service will be displayed in the smartphone, which will help identify the presence of the school's position on the smartphone. The result of the application that is formed is an Android-based application that can recognize the presence of SMA/SMK positions. This study aims to create a location-based service application that is combined with the concept of overlaying geographic position information from augmented reality perception, which is one type of augmented reality. The overall application quality test results include 1). Based on the Functionality aspect, the percentage of the actual score got a total score of 91.8%. 2). Based on the aspect of reliability, the percentage of the actual score got a total score of 97.6%. 3). Based on the Usability aspect, the percentage of the actual score gets a total score of 92.2%. 4). Based on the aspect of efficiency, the percentage of the actual score gets a total value of 76.5%. 5). From the calculation of the total score in percent is 89.5%. So based on the total score in percent, it can be concluded that the overall application quality test results are 89.5%, so the prototypes produced in this study are included in very good criteria.

Government to Citizen (G2C) is a form of relationship between the Government and the Citizen within the Government area based on Information Technology. Citizen to Government (G2C) is a form of relationship between the Government, Citizen, and changes in Information Technology. Jogja Smart Service (JSS) is a digital-based service for the Yogyakarta City Government that is integrated and integrated through an information system application, available web (jss.jogjakota.go.id) and mobile (Android and iOS) platforms that can be accessed directly by the people of the municipality area. by prioritizing self-service (self-service). This research uses data from SWOT analysis and KAFI vs KAFE analysis. This research aims to determine how far the Yogyakarta city government application, namely the Jogja Smart Service (JSS) is utilized by the people of the city of Yogyakarta and is actively accessed as an effective and efficient communication bridge between G2C and C2G through digital interaction. The results of the analysis carried out show that there is a digital interaction that is quite effective and efficient in G2C and C2G in the use of JSS applications. As many as 61.9% of users are very enthusiastic about using the application and 75% of potential users are interested in using the application.

In operation, sometimes there are situations of uncertainty in assessing the technical condition of locomotive equipment and at the same time choosing the optimal strategy for its maintenance, including the possibility of using the service. Application of the concept of service gives the chance to stimulate work of all divisions of locomotive economy, to save all kinds of resources for operation of locomotives. According to this, the article substantiates the choice of strategy for maintaining the locomotive fleet using the provisions of the theory of statistical solutions. Game theory approaches were used to theoretically substantiate the transition to a service for decision-making in conflict situations and to determine the optimal strategy of behavior of each of the participants in this situation. Approaches to the choice of strategy for the maintenance of the locomotive fleet during the introduction of the service on the basis of the provisions of the theory of strategic games on the criterion of maximum efficiency were considered. It is shown on examples of the decision of some problems of a choice of maintenance strategy of locomotives for various industrial situations. It is concluded that a mixed strategy describes different situations best and allows to made rational decisions. It is also noted that the most effective approach to concretize the algorithm of actions is the complex application of the theory of strategic decisions, the theory of fuzzy sets, the theory of pattern recognition.

Instagram is a social media application developed by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger who are members of the Burbn.Inc company. Instagram is a photo and video sharing service application that allows users to take photos, videos, and give them filters and then share them by uploading them on social media. Currently, there are more than 90 million Instagram social media users in the world as a means to shop online. Instagram is getting a lot of attention because it provides an opportunity for companies to make Instagram a marketing platform. One of the companies that is currently busy on Instagram is a company that is engaged in skincare. The 5 Best Local Skincare Brands in 2021, including: Whitelab, Avoskin, Somethinc, Lacoco, and For Skin's Sake. The purpose of this study is to determine the credibility of the performance of the Instagram accounts of the 5 Best Local Skincare Brands in 2021. The method of this research is to use a quantitative exploratory method. The results of this study indicate that the skincare brand For Skin's Sake is ranked first and has good account performance credibility.

In a nursing home, the elderly gets health services to support their daily life. These services are documented and reported periodically to elderly families. In addition to managing information about nursing services, there is other information that must also be managed properly to help the smooth operation of the nursing home. To support the information management process, reliable software is needed to have the functions and benefits that are in accordance with the needs. One of the supporting components that contribute to building good software is interface design. This study will discuss the design of nursing home service application interfaces that have fields, characteristics, and functions that are different from other fields, especially the field of special health services for the elderly. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and insight to desktop, mobile, and web application developers regarding aspects of designing an interface that is acceptable to system users in nursing homes. This will certainly make it easier for developers to produce good and acceptable software. The design of the interface is carried out using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method which applies a user-focused design approach so that it makes it easy to understand what their needs are. There are several stages in HCD, namely the stage of identifying and determining the context of the user (Understand and specifying the context of use), the stage of identifying user requirements (Specifying the user requirements), the stage of producing design solutions (Producing design solutions) and the stage of evaluating the design (Evaluating the design). This research produces an interactive and easy-to-use interface design because the testing process uses a prototype as a demonstration tool. The test results using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method show that 88.25% of users are satisfied with the design made and in line with the needs of users in a nursing home.

Abstract PT. PLN (Persero) as one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) received a mandate from the Indonesian government to provide electricity services. PLN ensures that the availability of electricity supply throughout Indonesia is currently sufficient through a power plant development program of 35 Gigawatt. On the other hand, the condition of the Covid-19 Pandemic during the New Normal period in Indonesia significantly impacted people’s behavior in Indonesia in all respects, especially in accessing public services. To provide solutions related to the high community needs in obtaining services in the electricity sector in the current new normal period, PT. PLN (Persero) has made innovations by providing alternative online service media such as the mobile-based PLN New Mobile Application and has been integrated with other PLN applications such as the Centralized Customer Service Application and the Integrated Complaints and Complaints Application as well as digital payment services. This study measures the effectiveness of the New PLN Mobile Application in improving service and satisfaction for customers in the New Normal era in Tanjung pandan City. Thus, we use four variables often used in electronically assessing service quality, namely Efficiency, Fulfilment, Service Availability, and Privacy. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a questionnaire approach. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents who have used the New PLN Mobile application. The number of samples used was 396 respondents. Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire test, observation, and other supporting data, it can conclude that New PLN Mobile Application has been significantly effective because it has fulfilled all the variables mentioned above.
