Web-based decision support systems are increasingly used over the past years. However, few studies have been conducted on evaluation of web-based decision support systems especially in the field of online shopping. This paper attempts to explore the critical success factors that influence decision making satisfaction in online shopping context by providing a conceptual model for this purpose. Although there are various factors which contribute in making online shopping decisions but this study focuses on five factors i.e. web site quality, data quality, knowledge management, decision making satisfaction, and perceived net benefit. Also, this research will use existing models that explain and predict information systems success. However, these success models need to be updated to recurrent industry developments since the updating existing IS success models, a better understanding of web-based DSS practitioner success can be achieved.

Didėjant šiuolaikinio gyvenimo spartai, sudėtingumui ir kompleksiškumui vis daugiau dėmesio skiriama įvairioms etinėms problemoms. Etiniai klausimai tampa visų svarbesnių socialinių, ekonominių ir kultūrinių problemų sprendimo sudedamąja dalimi. Todėl atsirado būtinybė įvairius etinius klausimus kvalifikuotai spręsti naudojant internetines sprendimų paramos sistemas. Nors pasaulyje sukurta daug etikos problemų sprendimų priėmimo modelių, tačiau mažai naudojamos informacinės technologijos. Be to, šiuos modelius ne visada galima tiesiogiai pasitelkti kuriant internetines sprendimų paramos sistemas. Straipsnyje pateikiamas autorių sukurtas internetinis daugiakriteris etinių sprendimų priėmimo modelis. Jis buvo kuriamas remiantis etiniais autonomiškumo, geradarystės, žalos ne darymo, teisingumo ir atsidavimo bei keliais sprendimų priėmimo (sprendimo ir jo pasekmių gyvavimo ciklo analizės, įvairių mokslų sąsajos, daugelio variantų sudarymo ir daugiakriterės alternatyvų analizės bei nagrinėjamų alternatyvų etiškumo laipsnio priklausomumo nuo suinteresuotų grupių ir jų tikslų) principais. Aptariami pagrindiniai etinių sprendimų priėmimo etapai, išryškinamos utilitarizmo deontologijos ir teisingumo teorijų nuostatos, kuriomis remiantis įvertinamos alternatyvos ir priimami sprendimai. Also, special requirements for such system’s development have been applied. Therefore, traditional models of ethical decision-making cannot always be directly applied in such systems. In this paper the Web-Based Model of Multiple Criteria Ethical Decision-Making is developed by the authors that is based on ethical (autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, justice and fidelity) and decision-making (life-cycle analysis, multi-variant design and multiple criteria analysis, etc.) principles. This Model can help stakeholders to make the best feasible decision in given circumstances. The proposed Model does not make ethical decisions, but explains a process for investigating a situation.Keywords: ethics, multiple criteria analysis, ethical decision-making models, Web-Based decision support systems.

Decision support system is part of information system to support decision making. This research purpose to identify the critical factors influence the successful implementation of decision support systems in SMEs.The purpose of this paper is also to analyze the part of decision support systems in SMEs to see the optimization of decision support system development. This research uses a methodology by identifying systematic literature from several sources from 2006 to 2019. The study found 42 articles relating to decision support systems and SMEs. The results of this research are the critical success factors of decision support system implementation in SMEs.

The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. Decision Support Systems atau lebih dikenal dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah bagian dari sebuah sistem informasi yang berbasis komputer termasuk sistem yang berbasis ilmu pengetahuan dan dipakai untuk mendukung pengambil  keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. untuk memudahkan pimpinan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan dibuatlah suatu sistem pengambil keputusan dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making  (FMADM) digunakan untuk mencari alternatif optimalkan dari sejumlah alternatif dengan kriteria tertentu, sedangkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW sering juga dikenal istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot. Konsep dasar metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif dari semua atribut.
