The internal structure of the road safety system is extremely complex and it is affected by a lot of factors, each factor weights can not be fully established. In this article, we expressed the attribute value with a fuzzy interval number, the comprehensive appraise to the impact of traffic safety with emphasis on "people", "car" "road" in the "road". First of all, establishing evaluation index system, and form the judging matrix by AHP; then, it can be acquired a method of traffic safety evaluation by using the comprehensive evaluation model of the fuzzy interval.

Traffic safety has characteristics of long-term and arduous, and continued safety is the essential goal of safety, the continued safety of Yangtze River shipping is not only an important part of Yangtze River safety culture, but also a concrete manifestation of long-term safety mechanism. This paper analyzes the affecting factors of the Yangtze River shipping safety, from the perspective of sustainable safety, extract with operational index of safety evaluation, construct of the Yangtze River shipping safety evaluation model, combined with the improved analytic hierarchy process , estimates the main aspects that affects the continued safety of the Yangtze River shipping , and the research results can provide scientific basis for the long-term management of Yangtze River shipping safety.

Evaluation for traffic safety is very important to improve traffic safety. First analyzes high grade highway security characteristic, then according to grey characteristics of traffic safety system, proposed high grade highway grey clustering evaluation model, and carries on the model to Henan province high grade highway's safe condition status evaluation, thus confirms this method the validity. The research showed that this model is a effective way which measure high grade highway transportation degree of security.
