In the current era of accelerating pace of urbanization, people are also in increasing demand for high-rise buildings. Because of its high height, multiple floors and large load bearing, there is a big security risk for high-rise buildings. Therefore, it is very important to control the technical points of high-rise building construction and strengthen its quality control. Therefore, this paperfirst analyzes the construction techniques of high-rise buildings, and then discusses the quality control strategies of high-rise buildings in order to provide some reference for improving the construction quality of high-rise buildings in our country.

Highway bridge engineering is an important part of modern transportation system. It has a great effect on the devel-opment of modern society. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the construction quality of highway bridge engi-neering. At present, there are more and more construction technology quality control issues in the construction of high-way bridges should be given enough attention. The problems should be actively found out and effectively solved to improve the quality of life, while promoting China development of infrastructure construction. Baseline observation as well as height measurement is the important content of the quality control of high-rise building construction. In order to strengthen the quality of construction projects, meet the requirement of completion time, improve the accuracy and efficiency  of  locating observation  and  explore  a scientific way of observation suitable for high-rise building construction, this paper studies the design and implementation of high-rise building construction based  on  GPS  positioning technology.

Construction industry is one of the most important factor for the development of the country. Precast buildings are one of the major development in construction technology, this technology helps to reduce the construction time and cost. Precast building construction is widely improved at present in India. The Growth of the precast building construction improved in large scale but construction and Design faults made the Precast buildings week in seismic areas. Due to seismic effect Beam column connections are very critical in Precast buildings ,Generally precast buildings are constructed with help connecting with proper joints of prefabricated elements. Designers are assumed that Beam-column connections are hinged one but in real time execution process the connections are Different from assumption. In present study we consider the three types of Beam-columns connections such as Rigid connection ,semi-Rigid connection and Hinged connections are developed in G+20 High rise building .These High rise building analysed with help of Time history analysis of High Seismic waves, Moderate Seismic waves and Low seismic waves .It helps to Identify the behaviour of connections and The results of Top Displacements , story Drifts and Inter storey Drifts are compared for the Different connections and Different Seismic waves.

Based on the goal of construction file quality and ensuring completion time, to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of observing and positioning in and to explore the suitable for high-rise building construction of scientific orientation observation. This thesis to research on based on GPS positioning technology of the high-rise building construc- tion and implementation.
