Technological advances and the globalization of financial information, do not always have a positive impact for the community but sometimes it becomes the development of crime, especially white-collar crime (white collar crime), business crime (business crime), or a corporate crime (Corporate crime). Money laundering or commonly known as money laundering, is a method to hide, move, and use the result of a criminal act, the activities of criminal organizations, economic crime, narcotics trafficking, and other activities that constitute criminal activities. Money laundering, essentially involves assets (income / wealth) disguised so that it can be used without being detected that such assets derived from illegal activities. Abortion is misconduct when committed intentionally abort way without any obvious reason to do so. Regarding the crime of abortion is regulated in the Act Positive in Indonesia. Perform abortions should not be just anyone do it because they have to kill the fetus in the womb. In this case I raised the issue that is how the imposition of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts of abortion and how the alleviation and prevention of criminal acts of abortion in Indonesia.

This chapter deals with the law regulating business vehicles in Indonesia. The principal focus of the chapter is companies (including publicly listed companies, foreign investment, and shari’a companies) but it also covers partnerships, cooperatives, and state-owned enterprises, as well as the different regulations that apply to each. It explains the rules governing shares and capital, and directors and commissioners, as well shareholders’ rights, including in relation to general meetings. The rules for mergers and acquisitions are covered, as are corporate audit and reporting requirements. The chapter then summarizes the corporate governance regime applied in Indonesia through a mix of legislative provisions, codes of conduct, and other rules, including corporate social responsibility obligations. It also explains Indonesia’s corporate crime regime.
