In the subsequent development, it needs to abandon the financial management mode of inefficiency, energy consumption, etc., advanced financial management model to improve the financial management of public hospitals. This paper mainly studies the application and exploration of BPR theory in hospital financial management under the informationization. Firstly, it discusses and analyzes the BPR theory in detail.
