The establishing of the influence of the number of took loops in the repeat of combined interloping on the  structure`s  parameters  and  the  properties  of  the  weft  knitted  fabric,  which  is  formed  by  alternating courses of rib 1 + 1 and half-cardigan, is the purpose of the work. All knitted samples have been produced on a  10-gauge  flat  bed  knitting  machine  from  32x2  tex  semi-wool  yarn.  Methodology.  The  study  of  the structure`s parameters and the relaxation characteristics has been carried out according to standard methods after providing the fabrics with conditionally equilibrium state by wet-heat treatment.

This article deals with structural features and characteristic changes that affect the mechanical characteristics after different service life in real conditions using the example of the blades of the 4th stage of turbine GTE-45-3 with an operating time of 13,000 to 100,000 hours. To study the change in the state of the material under different operating conditions, determine the degree of influence of heat treatment on the regeneration of the microstructure, and restore the mechanical characteristics of the alloy after different periods of operation, non-standard methods were used: relaxation tests on miniature samples to determine the physical yield strength and microplasticity limit and quantitative evaluation of the plasticity coefficient of the material from experimental values of hardness, which allow us to identify the changes occurring in the microvolumes of the material and predict the performance of the product as a whole.

Previous modelling techniques in sheet forming of textile composites have focused on computational simulations due to the numerous computations involved. Recently a procedure for stretch forming analysis of plain weft-knitted fabric composites has been developed. The analytical model for the stretch forming process is now being extended for the deep drawing process in this paper. The theoretical strain field gives good approximation to the experimental results.

Previous investigations on forming of plain weft-knitted fabric composite sheets show the ease of stretching due to fabric loop straightening. Pure dependence on stretching alone, however, sets the limit to which the shell height can be further increased. Recent deep drawn knitted fabric composites give greater cup height in comparison to stretch formed cup. In this paper a method of predicting the achievable cup height is proposed with due consideration to the fabric structure and tool dimensions. Comparison between the theoretical and experimental cup height shows good agreement.
