12. PROSES DAN TEKNIK SUPERVISI
The supervision process is a series of activities carried out in the supervision of education. This process is important in seeing the extent of the success of a goal in the teaching and learning process. Supervision techniques are ways to achieve certain goals, both related to solving the problem of teachers in teaching, the problem of principals in developing institutions and other problems related to and oriented to improving the quality of education. Educational supervision processes and techniques are necessary and important to be learned and applied properly and correctly in an educational institution. Because both of these things will also necessarily concern the quality of the school.
